I have sent screenshots to them but they treavyou like you are making it up, and then not ever pay the credits for the win. The support team says this is a “one off issue” but there are multiple reports from other app users in the Facebook page community as well as reviews in the App Store with the same or similar reported issues. They just keep telling me that it has to be escalated to a third party support team and I have to wait for days before the game is restored or credits are awarded IF they ever are. I have emailed the support team, which is the only way to contact them and each time I get a generic response of troubleshooting steps to follow that NEVER work.
