I buy groceries for my elderly neighbor and she pays me back via checks. We live 45 minutes away from any bank branch that we can use without fees so depositing from home was great! Now the problem... “For mobile deposit at Penn State FCU” on one line and readable because it’s very picky? Really? One line? It doesn’t fit. Maybe you can make it three lines, first is signature, second is “for mobile deposit”, third line is “at Penn State FCU” or something. Just a suggestion. Because if i have to continually struggle to get the app to work, and have to stop at the credit union to deposit my checks after having the app reject it multiple times, the app becomes useless and eventually I will stop using it and delete it. I don’t handle frustration well. Thanks for reading. And i do appreciate the fact that you do these updates with security in mind, but you have to throw a little reality in there also.
