On many occasions I have asked about the sudden disappearance of hot water.  Not only was the problem not fixed, the management has made no attempt to respond to me. While I understand that COVID has precluded office hours, there is no excuse for the lack of communication.

I am trying to get in touch with the Manager of Meriden Commons II, it is imposible to find the one for Meriden Commons. 
Please help me.  I need to send an email today.
