However I now need to re-register and it just sticks in the Captcha page - a little wheel spinning and nothing else. If an app can’t allow you do it’s only function then it can’t have any stars really - it simply doesn’t do the one job it’s supposed to do. ### 1/5 — unnecessary charges? *2024-10-12, version 4.12.0* I know you get charged for wait times, but everytime i use this app to book taxis they end up charging me around £1.20-£1.50 a couple times for no reason? it’s as if they’re just stealing money when they feel like it on top of the initial fare, honestly wouldn't surprise me if they do this in hopes you won’t notice because it’s a small amount but those all add up in the longterm. ### 2/5 — waiting times are ridiculous *2024-09-08, version 4.12.0* waited around 30 mins for a taxi ### 3/5 — Bring it back *2024-03-25, version 4.6.0* The app was better when it showed us where all taxis where before booking ### 5/5 — Goood *2023-12-31, version 4.6.0* Goood ### 1/5 — No starter *2023-12-11, version 4.6.0* App downloads then asks for mobile number, it’s at this point you get the spinning circle of doom. It doesn’t load past this screen and repeats this every time it’s downloaded ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-10-29, version 4.6.0* Enter your phone number > get a code > enter your phone number > enter code … repeat 4 times and never create an account!? 🤷‍♂️ How can you muck this this up? ### 1/5 — Worst taxis in the brig!! *2022-11-15, version 4.2.0* What an absolute shambles of a company 60 mins waiting on taxi with abuse from operators.
