It works but is always in portrait. ### 4/5 — Love the features of this app! *2020-07-19, version 4.0.4* Love everything this app does, and it’s by far the BEST CMS I’ve used by far. Simple and easy to use on both mobile and desktop. The reason why I have it 4 stars is simply because I’ve had it for 2 days now and have had to uninstall and reinstall it 2-3 times in order to log in. This is on MOBILE - haven’t had issues on computer but use my iPhone far more since i work my business on the go all the time. It Either gets stuck when you first open it, or it doesn’t show the task bars and won’t allow me to click on anything. There is NO WHERE to opt out & it tells me I need to delete my account from a computer. Seriously?? I’m beyond annoyed that I get DAILY emails when I NEVER use the app & have tried to delete this account. I’m beginning to despise Penny. It won’t open. It just sits there saying “sit tight” . I can’t notify tech support because I can’t get in the app. When I try to access Penny from my email to the web, it won’t load either. Can’t find any contact info to talk to someone about the continual charges. Very disappointing. I notice that the content has the old Isagenix branding. That’s absolute. I tried to like it but there are too many glitches. I paid for a subscription, TWICE, to access more features and afterwards it I kept getting the same pop up message about needing to subscribe. Apparently you can’t import multiple contacts at once from your phone even though it tried to let me and it didn’t work. I would categorize my contacts and it wouldn’t stick. I had the same issues on the website. You can only start an AI chat or wait up to 3 hours for a person. Yeah, that’s a no from me. ### 2/5 — Up and down *2024-03-08, version 15.1.53* Thought I was going to love it but after a day of getting to know Penny, she started having little quirks and within an hour was completely locked up. Deleted. Re-downloaded. She can’t even retain my password! I’ve had to request new passwords 3 times! Nope. Not a time saver. Don’t have the time or patience for continuously working through kinks. Deleted. **Reinstalled 2 days later. Now working great! When it works I really like it! Staying @4⭐️for the initial hassle. I’ll change it to 5⭐️if Penny behaves for a month or so. 🙂 I still prefer old-school. This app didn’t save me time. Just something new. To each his own… I am no longer am in sales anyway. ### 3/5 — Needs more features *2022-09-07, version 13.12.54* OK I really want to love this app but it's a hard cross between this and Traktivity. Here's a few things I would love to be able to do with penny that would make it truly #1. I want to be able to sync my Facebook contacts directly into penny. I want to be able to manually add customers and orders, not everyone who places an order with me does it on my website. I carry products on hand and sell those at vendor events and to local friends and family. I want to be able to choose if I am reaching out or following up with people and be able to record their responses. Penny doesn't currently give this option, it chooses for you if it is recorded as a reach out or follow up. So far these are the 3 main issues I've experienced during my first 24hrs. Would love to have these options available. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Cool Concept, Incredibly Lacking *2022-06-17, version 13.10.3* The concept is cool, and I really want to love it, but it’s not there. The more I use it, the more I find that aspects either don’t really work for me as designed, or doesn’t make sense. For example, you create “content” for reaching out to your contacts, but you can only include EITHER a picture or a link. Each CRM left me feeling overwhelmed either because they had too much busy work or they just weren’t fun to engage with. Penny has streamlined my workload by more than half by having FB PM, text, and email available direct through the app. AND it pulls all of my Pulse back office data in as well so I can keep up with my team and customers all from one place. There are still a few features being worked out but the functionality overall is really good and for now, it is all FREE! Yep, I’m a convert! Best wishes to all of my fellow direct sales family out there.
