## What is Pensum?

Pensum is a training game for adults. Five tasks a day, about ten minutes, mixed from mental
arithmetic, logic, memory and pattern recognition. The tasks get harder as you do — each
category on its own, across ten levels.

THE TASKS

Mental arithmetic — four operations, two to three digits
Missing operator — 8 ? 4 = 32, find the sign that fits
Target number — combine five tiles to hit a target
Number series — spot and continue sequences
Propositional logic — true, false, cannot be decided
Word logic — analogies and categories
Remember numbers — sequences of four to twelve digits
Patterns & shapes — the figure that breaks the set
Pattern sequence — the rhythm continues, what comes next
Matrix building — assemble the missing cell of a 3×3 pattern yourself
Hatch picture — a mini nonogram that resolves into an image
Reaction series — respond in fractions of a second, sustained attention

HOW IT WORKS

A short placement test to begin, then one round a day. The index shows where you stand; it
starts at 100 and moves with your performance. Wrong answers are explained, with the method
rather than a consolation prize.

One reminder a day, at the time you set. A missed day does not break the streak — two do.
No leaderboards, no badges, no confetti.

YOUR DATA

Pensum has no server, no account and no analytics. Results, levels and settings stay on the
device. There are no ads, no trackers and no crash reporting.

The app is entirely free. No feature sits behind a wall. If you like it you can leave a
one-off coffee tip — it unlocks nothing.

NOTE

Pensum is a training game, not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis and does not replace
medical assessment. The index is a game value, not a finding.
