Saw a note on website that app existed. I appreciate the attempt to get data online but it is not ready for general downloading. Feels/ behaves like an attempt at an app. Lots of bugs, issues with entering data.  Very cumbersome

This app is in beta testing. Two chapters from each state will be using the app and giving feedback to International. Any reviews are not applicable and should not apply.
