## What is People Sync?

The PeopleConnect Portal mobile app by Pak Elektron Limited Pakistan provides a user-friendly platform for managing employee performance and setting goals aligned with organizational objectives and features for general public/consumer to use e.g, submitting PEL Field Technician (aka Khidmat Master) request, submitting PEL FSM (Field Sales Manager) requests, lodging complaints and talking to customer support.

This app facilitates:

Goal Setting & Objective Alignment: Employees can set personal goals that align with departmental and organizational targets, helping track their progress and stay focused on key results.

Performance Tracking & KPIs: Regular updates allow employees to monitor their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and document progress, ensuring that performance reviews are fair and comprehensive.

Transparent Appraisals: With features for logging achievements and adjustments, employees and managers can accurately assess performance, even when goals evolve over time.

Supportive Feedback & Review Process: The app enables managers to gather feedback from colleagues and second-level managers to enrich performance evaluations and ratings.

HR Support Access: Employees can easily reach their HR Business Partner or Head HR for any queries, ensuring a collaborative and responsive environment.

This app is designed to promote clarity, accountability, and a structured approach to professional growth within the organization and also provides features to the general public to register as field technicians (aka PEL Khidmat Master), after approval of the request they can work as Field Technicians by resolving complaints nationwide and earning accordingly. And users can also submit registration request as PEL Field Sales Managers, who can then start assisting sell company's appliances to earn incentives.
