## What is #People?

#People provides you with a unique place where you can find all the HR services you need. The HR Portal gives the opportunity to get to know each other better, even cross borders, by constantly sharing experiences and passions.
With #People App, you have all HR services at their fingertips by exploring different sections.
Personal Profile – A dedicated personal profile is available for you to introduce and present yourself to your colleagues to know you better.
HR News - Thanks to #People you have the chance to always be up to date about HR information relevant for you, within your organization and at Group level.
CareLab - To enhance and improve the quality of your life inside and outside the company, you have at your disposal a section dedicated to wellbeing initiatives.
Administrative Services - in one single page you will find all administrative services, accessible in a couple of clicks, where you can ask for the HR service you need. And if more assistance is needed, a dedicated section “Assistance” is available to answer any further doubts.
Assistance - In case of questions/inquiries about the HR services and processes, you can check this section where you can find Frequently Asked Questions to better help you with your inquiry
Also if you are a Manager or an HR Business Partner, you’ll have the chance to access all the HR information of your employees by viewing their Profile and know them better discovering their experiences and passions. Moreover, within the employee’s profile relevant information is highlighted for your prompt knowledge.
In addition, the #People App allows you to receive real-time notifications and search for colleagues and contacts directly from your smartphone.
Not only that, as well as the #People portal, the App is also constantly evolving to better serve your needs!
