Only time I’ve ever experienced a problem was when I tried to add a credit card to my Apple wallet which was resolved fairly easily and quickly. ### 1/5 — Ineligible?????? *2021-10-17, version 4.25.189* I have been using this app for mobile deposits for a year with no problem. Now all of a sudden I'm getting a message saying I am INELIGIBLE to use the mobile app! This is completely unacceptable. Although I have been a member of this credit union for 30 years through job moves all over the country, the failure of this app may force me to change. It tells me I cannot use my member number or SSN, well I’m not, so what gives? My only saving grace is I didn’t update the app on my phone.
