I have been using this app for mobile deposits for a year with no problem.  Now all of a sudden I'm getting a message saying I am INELIGIBLE to use the mobile app!   This is completely unacceptable.  Although I have been a member of this credit union for 30 years through job moves all over the country, the failure of this app may force me to change. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

I updated a few months ago and have not been able to log in ever since. It is ridiculous!

The app has worked fine for a while but the check images have not been working. The latest update, however, has made the app unusable. On first trying to log in I discovered my password no longer works. This isn’t the first time this has happened (why must this happen at all?????), but this time repeated attempts to reset the password have failed. It tells me I cannot use my member number or SSN, well I’m not, so what gives?  My only saving grace is I didn’t update the app on my phone. What is up with these idiot app developers?

Why does this happen like twice a year? It says incorrect input format. What are the developers of the app DOING???

### 2/5 — The old app wasn’t that great but the new one is terrible!

It would help to show simple things like due dates for loans. They’re listed online but not on the app. Makes no sense. I thought the technology upgrade was supposed to include mobile deposits... what happened to it? 
I feel like there are LESS features after this hassle.

Easy to use for the most part. Only time I’ve ever experienced a problem was when I tried to add a credit card to my Apple wallet which was resolved fairly easily and quickly.

Simple and clear instructions. Deposit check without going to the CU or ATM. I’m very satisfied.
