Very quickly I can add a name, address or phone number and instantly find out how many properties a person owns or past addresses they’ve lived at as well as a list of relatives. But what keeps happening is sometimes I’m suddenly logged out and then it won’t let me log back in. I’ve contacted customer service and haven’t heard back from anyone. If I go online and don’t use the app the way, the searches work as you have to do an advance search and every time, despite the fact that I’m already signed up for a premium membership plus paying for the app subscription, it keeps asking me to upgrade in order to get another search. In the app, you can click on the relative of someone and get all their information instantly. That’s why I want the app to work. This is so frustrating. I’m paying you guys so why can’t anything work right? Why do I keep getting asked to upgrade when I already have the most premium membership I can possibly have? A few days later I got billed for 29.99, so I went on to cancel again again and somehow was billed 69.95 for a lifetime membership. I called to have this refunded and was told that this charge is non-refundable and was sent to the “managers” voicemail. I go to login and it tells me oops there’s something wrong with the service and I just paid for it about an hour ago and then when I went to look at my boy boyfriend’s phone number won’t even bring it up even bring it up. Subscription required. *2023-09-18, version 3.1.1* Read a review online that suggested app could do reverse phone number lookup for $1.99 per use. That sounded fine. Nothing in app store page contradicted this. Downloaded app and tried it. It insisted that I create an account (why???) providing my email and name. Then I tried a reverse phone number search. Was told the only way to proceed was to start a $24.99 per month subscription. No option for per-use payment. There is no way I am going to agree to a large recurring monthly subscription fee for a product I will only use occasionally. This should been disclosed on the app atore page so I could have avoided downloading the app in the first place. I will be deleting this app and avoiding it and all other similar apps which use these kinds of deceptive advertising practices and app design “dark patterns” to try to get users to subscribe to expensive monthly services they don’t want or need. ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE!!! *2023-07-17, version 3.0* This Application Does Not Work For You , It Works Against You. I downloaded this app and started my free trial and it didn’t even work. I purchased this to avoid scammers online, and the people finders app are the scammers that I opened an account with to avoid the scammers is exactly what it looks like. Stay away from these people. The whole thing is a scam. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-03-03, version 3.3.4* Do not use this app. I unchecked the part where they sneak in their subscription and I still got charged ### 1/5 — App wasn’t working *2026-02-11* I downloaded the app and paid for a free trial when I tried to use the free trial. It tried to force me to get a regular subscription when I went talk to the customer service went back-and-forth for three days. They lingered me on until the full subscription became active and even then they said it shows active on their side, even though I was showing them with screenshots and videos that it wasn’t working they refuse to help. Trate de apelar por medio de PayPal y después de casi dos semanas me dicen que RECHAZAN mi solicitud de reembolso, lo peor tampoco podría usar esa maldita aplicación así quisiera porque en la app dice que no tengo una membresía o suscripción. Read for details *2024-09-03* Firstly, nothing is free, and even when you pay, the service is plagued with login issues and useless information. Secondly, if you try to cancel, as I did and many others have mentioned in this review section, you may continue to be charged despite submitting a cancellation request, even via email. Additionally, you might experience an increase in spam calls, as it seems likely that this company sells your information to spam companies. They won’t refund you unless you call and argue with them, and even then, they will only refund one month's charge. I encourage others who have had similar experiences to do what I did: file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and report to the Federal Trade Commission. I love the sleek and clean design. This app is perfect for finding a slew of data from just a name or number quickly. As a Realtor, often I come into contact with new people that I’ve just met. We are adding in more features every day! ### 4/5 — Amazing hacking services I love this hacker try him *2023-10-28* I actually downloaded this app in other to make my very own findings and track my spouse over infidelity for I never believed my spouse could cheat on me in as much as I give my full sincerity, I started having doubts and he’s been all suspicious too. A colleague of mine from work advised me to check on him. I came across a recommendation online about a professional private investigator named “robin”, so I decided to try it out. I wrote him on his mail cyberhack04er@Gmailcom and of which he requested few informations from me and in less than 2hours, my partner’s phone was hacked and I was in total control of it to spy and see his texts and phone messages, monitor his calls, I had access to his social media accounts ( both Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram), I was able to track his GPS location to know his day to day activities as well and listen to his calls without touching his phone. I was disappointed and heart broken finding out he’s been cheating on me 💔robin boy is really good at what he does and I didn’t regret ever contacting him.
