PeopleOS is Smartlog's HRM app that lets employees and managers handle everyday HR tasks right from their phone.

• Attendance — clock in and out with GPS location and location-range checks; view your history, request overtime, and submit attendance exceptions.
• Leave — submit time-off requests, attach documents, and track approval status; managers approve their team's requests.
• Equipment requests — raise and track equipment provisioning requests.
• Rewards & recognition — view your reward points, redeem from the catalog, and recognize colleagues.
• Payslips — view your payroll right on your phone.
• Real-time notifications — get reminders and important updates the moment they happen.
• Personalized home — a work overview with quick actions, plus a dedicated manager area.
• Profile & security — update your avatar and manage your security and notification settings.

SAFE & SECURE
• Secure OIDC sign-in with biometric unlock (fingerprint / face).
• Data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on your device.

REQUIREMENTS
PeopleOS is for organizations on the Smartlog platform. You need an account provisioned by your organization to sign in.
