It is very annoying. ### 1/5 — SCAM SCAM AND GLITCHES *2019-02-10, version 1.2.2* Poorly organized, impossible to contact customer service, confusing and unprofessional. They charge your credit card over and over and you have no idea what are they charging you for. BEWARE !!!! Con artists and scammers. Stay away. ### 1/5 — I dont understand *2019-01-31, version 1.2.2* PPH used to have a good app where you can search for jobs in it, now with this app you can only manage the project awarded to you, so its not useful for people who wants to bid via the app or see what jobs posted. ### 1/5 — Bad Experience w Portal Not App *2018-11-09, version 1.1.3* Ended up w a programmer who had 300 5 star ratings. He kept submitting work without thoroughly reading my requests or checking his work for bugs. And the. Finally funds were released to him without the site being finished. Seems pretty fishy and this didn’t add up. Assuming results may vary. SINGLE . TIME. no matter what time during the day it is. the app just doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — The notifications *2022-03-01, version 3.6.0* The notifications stuck from over 3 months, and pph failed to solve this issue ### 1/5 — Poor Support *2021-02-13, version v3.3.0* This platform has bad UI/UX and no support. The app is missing so many elements to allow you to accomplish your tasks. Cannot block people who you tell no and then they badger you. When you send support a message they send a knowledge base email. No personal support to assist companies at all. Got some weird bot applicant seconds after posted it /ignored. Could not edit profile it wouldn’t save any changes - so much for putting a face to our company for prospective hires. Installed the iOS app and were very stoked to start using this tool as recommended to us. All the same we were enthused to post a few more listings for other roles identified, but checking back a few hours later our initial job posting was generically rejected with no reply email to get clarity. So then tried to login again and account was already deleted/blocked. Way to go. So googled and found competitor sites with far better track records. CEO of this company is all about his self promoting blog of living the high life but surely this company will crash from his utter neglect of bottom line ### 1/5 — Not Good for Freelancers *2019-04-10, version 1.4.2* Unless I’m missing something, there doesn’t seem to be any features in the app for freelancers to find work. This makes the app pretty useless for me, and the mobile site, while able to search for and bid on jobs, isn’t much better and isn’t easy to navigate. I hope that I’m just missing something or that this app will be improved for freelancers, because I’ve grown tired of UpWork and was hoping to find a nice alternative in PeoplePerHour. ### 1/5 — The app needs work *2019-04-08, version 1.4.2* The app doesn’t work well on iPhone. The text isn’t visible on some pages and is cut off on buttons. I haven’t been able to experience the features of the app while navigating a gig yet, but I’m not confident it would be much help. I might have to use the website exclusively. ### 1/5 — Totally Useless *2019-02-25, version 1.3.0* Of all the apps out there that are by big companies, the PeoplePerHour app has to be the worst. Because of how terrible this app is, I'm no longer going to use PPH. I am a Buyer and Freelancer. There is not a single feature available for freelancers. The mobile application allow me regularly communicate with freelancers and manage my active projects. Reliable talent on the site with many reviews so it’s easy to select and get started. As a small business it’s an invaluable resource to us. Love it ### 4/5 — No Notifications *2022-05-09, version 3.6.0* The app is great overall. My only issue is I never get any notifications to my phone. I’ve updated the settings in the app and on my iPhone. This is a real issue for me because I always have to keep checking to see if I received a message including invoices. Because I’m preoccupied with business matters I forget to check the app which results in delayed replies to my freelancer. The notifications are necessary to help me stay on track and on time. ### 4/5 — Amazing app. Extremely slow though. *2020-09-26, version v2.8.3* I love this app! I find a lot of people who help me with various projects because of it. However it is way too slow and has many glitches and freezes. When I am in a hurry & need to get in contact with someone, its hard too because of how slow the app is. We have to communicate via email because of this issue.
