Everybody loves the sound of their name. Especially if you remember it :) I love that you can add key traits and characteristics to the contacts (or Prospect) that you’re creating his contact cards. Things like “Long scruffy, ZZ Top beard“ or “nose ring“. And then you can track any mutual contacts that you stumbled upon in your last interaction so you can remember to bring them up, which instantly warms the conversation and endears some instant trust.
