Doesn’t work well with Apple, I keep getting error messages, sometimes it won’t even allow me to login, says somethings wrong on our end so please keep trying. It’s ridiculous that you have to spend 10 minutes just to login. And like I said if you are using an Apple product there are functions that don’t even work. I used to get notice that a bill was due, that no longer happens, I have to count on getting a bill from the company and hope I don’t delete it in error and forget to pay a bill. If it doesn’t get straightened out soon, I’ll switch banks and I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years. It’s not easy to see your scheduled payments as they are mixed in with all payees. You can’t see the total of all your savings accounts together like the old app as it also adds in checking amount. Scheduling a payment is not as easy and it defaults to pay today so if you forget to change that your account will be debited today. Whoever approved these updates should be fired immediately! ### 1/5 — Very inefficient *2022-03-09, version 2.36.1* I attempted to log in and I couldn’t do that at all even when I used proper credentials and password. Couldn’t do any recovery options. It’s such an Inconvenience to not be able to access my account because before the app had been made things were fine. It also looks pretty dated now. I’m wondering how much of a hand Claude had in this because it feels like every other AI website I’ve seen recently, especially with some buttons that don’t go anywhere (for example, there was a back button left on the main page that doesn’t do anything). Very unfortunate, I really liked this app before. And it’s more secure, with support for your choice of Two-Factor Authentication! That’s really cool. It gives me access to things that either weren’t there before, or that I didn’t see because they were hidden. Within minutes I was able to customize the dashboard and separate accounts to see just what I want to see! It was confusing that its a completely new app, but with all of the changes, I think it’s justified. Great job! ### 5/5 — You have to *2022-03-15, version 2.36.1* Type your normal log in. Then for the password type the last 4 of your ssn. Then follow the steps, should be really simple. I did it within a few minutes and so did my fiancé. Really good at updating right off the bat.
