It's difficult to navigate and to know what has or hasn't cleared. The "Pending" notation is slow to clear and doesn't show the running balance after each transaction. The mobile app is very clear, comprehensive, and easy to navigate. The in-person tellers and officers of the bank’s branches have always been efficient, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I have never encountered an error by the bank in my checking, savings, or CD accounts, all of which have been competitively priced. Their customer service and support has always been outstanding. So, no surprise their app follows suit. Easy to navigate. Easy to accomplish tasks and if there’s something you don’t understand, support is a call away and they can and will talk you through the process. Choses are one time, weekly, bi weekly, monthly etc. I always pay one time. If I push the wrong button it will chose something else. I sign in and have to resubmit all of my information/ receive text authorization every single time I open the app. When I click on my account to view balance/charges I’m automatically signed out. It never saves your login info. And once you login in it will ask you to send a code for the two step verification, but if you leave the app to look at the code in your messages it will boot you out back to the beginning.
