I appreciate how quickly and efficiently I can check my balances and transfer money between accounts. Most of the time when I open the app the screen is blank and I have to close it several times before I can actually get to the home screen. I have to open and close the app 7,8,9, sometimes 10 times just to see my balance and main menu. Not only can I not see my balance but none of the features work as well. Now, on my phone, it is not possible to enter the date I want for paying a bill. The calendar vanishes when I try to choose a date other than the default, and it cannot be typed in either. I’ve reported the bug and only gotten wonky workaround suggestions that don’t work. It worked fine before! I love PCU, and have been a member for many years, but I need a mobile bill pay feature that works properly so this is a deal breaker for me.
