I just updated my I phone with the newest version. Now I cannot transfer money from checking to savings. Please update the APP.

I’ve used this app with no problem with my galaxy. When I use my iPhone 13 pro, I can not see any dollar amounts from deposits, transactions, or even my balances!! This app needs to be fixed for iPhone users!!

I sincerely hope you are working on correcting the bug you created with your App update a week ago. Your app will no longer rotate to landscape mode. A nightmare problem for tablet computer users. I will unfortunately have to change banks if not corrected soon.

I stopped using the app a couple years ago as it was confusing to understand, the way the credits and withdraws showed on the account so I’ve just been using my web browser to track my account. I figured I’d give it another try and now my problem is they don’t have my account number anywhere on there that I can find. I also have Navy Federal as my secondary bank and they make it SO easy to find info I need such as account and routing numbers. Also so easy to transfer funds to my main bank (this one) or any other banks I may need to, like my mom’s or sister’s. But I tried transferring funds from my ppl’s account into my Navy account and was unable to do so. In the transfer part of the app it doesn’t show any accounts. Yet it shows my checking account under accounts. Makes no sense. So once again this app is useless to me. Please. Set up the app so we can easily access our account info such as account number and routing number. I don’t use checks therefore never have them on me. So when I need to put in my account info to pay certain bills I have to dig around for my info. It’s very inconvenient.
