### 1/5 — No longer works on iPad

I have always used this app on my iPad but with the ios18 update, it no longer loads in the bill pay. I can see account history and balance but the check writing doesn’t load in. It freezes totally and I have to close the app. I have tried reinstalling and turning off cross tracking but it has made no difference. I can access my accounts and bill pay through the web browser on the iPad but not on this app. The phone app still works ok.

Would be nice if the app would tell you your account number to write on the check for mobile deposit. No you have to go to the full website download a statement tog at your account number. Not great for mobile users.

Apparently it was decided that no history would be migrated to this new app.  I can see my balance and what I did today.  I guess if I want to see history I can wait several months and see what’s happened since today.  Big, big time thinking there.

Sometimes it won’t connect when I need it most. I’ve tried to have it fixed but I gave up.

When emails come it would be nice if they reference the transaction.  The old version used to have emails that at least included the amount.  If you do multiple deposits a day online you don’t know which one it’s referring to

I hate having to answer security questions if I’m on my account already I should not have to answer them to prove it’s me that’s the only thing I don’t like about the new set up the rest takes some getting use to
