I clicked confirm username to make sure that was correct, and I received that email just fine. So it’s not my email. This new app is such an inconvenience because you are constantly unsure of how to understand if the payment has went through. They’re trying to be more visually appealing but the numbers transactions are not being emphasized enough for a smooth process. There should at least be an option to show the note in the transaction view. Also, as a fairiy frequent user of Zelle, and the loss/change is frustrating based on having it seamlessly integrated previously.
