### 3/5 — Not the worst, but not my fave

*2026-10-11, version 4.0.3*

I wasn’t the biggest fan of this app, I just liked another one better so I did not move past my free trail. I had a hard time canceling my free trial before being charged so I messaged the team and they took care of it right away. Giving 3 stars for the great customer support!

### 2/5 — Non stop updates

*2026-10-04, version 4.0.2*

They have feautures that come and go. They update every other week. Keeping things simple would go a long way. They’ve overloaded this app with unnecessary things. Most people just use this app to track and go on with their day they’ve made that complicated now.

### 4/5 — Calories

*2026-10-03, version 4.0.2*

Please make it where you can take off the fibers and replace it with calories on the home page

### 3/5 — The app WAS perfect

*2026-10-03*

This app was perfectly simple in the beginning until the developers decided to completely change how the app looks. Arlo makes the entire app feel like its for kids. There’s ads for foods to eat when on a GLP1. The peptide calculator went away, but is now back, and buried behind another window.

Unfortunately I’ve paid for a year of this app. So if I don’t see some changes revert, I’d strongly suggest getting a refund if you’ve already paid, or not subscribing until the app finds some kind of stability. Changing everything after they gain subscriptions feels deceptive and dishonest.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detail. The food suggestions aren't ads: they're picks from community votes, and we aren't affiliated with those brands. The latest update adds a switch to hide them (profile picture, then Personalization, then GLP-1 food picks). The same screen can give the calculator its own tab in place of Community.

### 2/5 — Updates worse

*2026-10-03*

The update is not it. It’s harder to navigate slower to use and very cluttered.

**Developer response:** Fair feedback. The latest update lets you trim things down: tap your profile picture, then Personalization, to turn off GLP-1 food picks and swap the Community tab for a Calculator tab. If a screen still feels slow, email support@pepaiapp.com and tell us which one.

### 2/5 — Eeeyuck

*2026-10-03, version 4.0.1*

How do I switch back to the old format, this one is terrible.

### 2/5 — New update ruined this app

*2026-10-02, version 4.0.1*

It was by far the best app. It calculated everything perfectly and gave you the dose in units, super easy to read and understand. The new update completely killed it.

### 2/5 — New update sucks

*2026-10-02, version 4.0.1*

Ugly ui and annoying to learn where everything has been moved to.

### 1/5 — Wtf

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

What the hell is this? Where did the dose calculator go?

### 1/5 — Bought it for the calculator

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

Paid and then they removed that option. Immediate cancel. I want my money back. This was a total bait and switch

### 1/5 — Put it’s back

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

I hate the new update. but as a side note. Guys, the calculator is still there. Hit the + when in the Home Screen and calculator is on the bottom right

### 1/5 — Update is awful!!

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

This App was perfect before this bloated update. Sad!! Calculator is gone also and the stupid AI thing tells me it was never there. REVERT BACK!!

### 1/5 — Last version was perfect..

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

Purchase 3 months ago because after researching several apps, this one was perfect. I talked several clients into purchasing. Now the "new" upgrade has made us all regret purchasing. We would never had started if we knew it would end up like this... bummer.

### 1/5 — What Happened

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.1*

What happened? You took off the calculator???? Why? This new look is horrendous!!!!! It doesn’t have a calculator and it also doesn’t have the same easy access. You ruined the app!!!!! I want a refund. I subscribed for a whole year but now, I will ask Apple for a refund…..

### 1/5 — HATE the new update!

*2026-10-01, version 4.0.0*

Was incredible before, now searching for a new app. DO NOT UPDATE. Baby characters everywhere now. So annoying to use. Disappointing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — It got worse

*2026-10-19*

An absolute step backwards.

I paid for Pro because the old app let me plan and schedule complete protocols. Since the update, that functionality is gone, and I have to set up each peptide separately.

When you’re using several peptides, you need to be able to build a full protocol and cycle the whole thing together. What’s the point of a protocol planner if you have to manage every peptide individually?

Removing such a useful feature and making everything more awkward is a terrible update. This is a deal breaker for me, and I’m already looking for another app. Really disappointing as a paying customer.

**Developer response:** Glad the tracking side is working out, and that potential is what we're building toward. We would like to hear about the bugs you are encountering so that we can address them. Email us at support@pepaiapp.com and we will gladly investigate the issues you've been having.

### 1/5 — No more calculator

*2026-10-17*

They brought it back and took it away. There are a ton of other peptide tracking apps that have no issues with dosage calculators being flagged by apples guidelines. The constant updates and removing key features especially for paying subscribers seems a bit disorganized. Telling me a mg dose is helping when talking how much or a pep I’m taking but when it comes to figuring out what to draw into a syringe it’s completely unhelpful because syringes go by units so without the calculator this app is null and void on usefulness. Just find another app that doesn’t seem to have these type of missing features. Used to be great. Not so much now.

### 1/5 — Take all the info then tell it is paid app

*2026-10-11*

Scam app

**Developer response:** Sorry the paywall came as a surprise after setup. Pep AI needs a subscription for full access. If you started one by mistake or have a question about a charge, email support@pepaiapp.com and we'll help you sort it out.

### 1/5 — New update

*2026-10-11, version 4.0.3*

Don’t like the new update

### 1/5 — New version

*2026-10-03, version 4.0.1*

The latest update ruined this app. It was great and easy to use and they changed everything. It sucks an I wish I could get my money back now. I absolutely can’t stand to use it. I used to use it every day for my doses, food, and weight tracking. I’m so disappointed. It was perfect before. I hate the new version. I’m now looking for a new app to track this for me.

### 1/5 — Absolute Trash App

*2026-10-02, version 4.0.1*

Tons of glitches and no response from customer service. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

### 1/5 — Calculator gone

*2026-10-02, version 4.0.1*

The most recent update removed a core feature. Dosage calculator. I will not be renewing. I may even request a refund.

### 1/5 — NEW VERSION IS AWFUL

*2026-10-02*

The old version was simple and it had everything.
This app is too busy. You are called Pep Al, not meal and water monitor. This is personal so | don't need a community to comment on. At least give me the option of what I want to see. I don't need to see what everyone's goals are, I paid for this app to see mine. Please remove the polls. Put back the the option of units instead of just mg. I'm not getting what I paid for so please give me back the features I asked for and paid for. The calendar is no longer visible either so if aim traveling I can't see what I need to pack ahead of time. Please fix this.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detail. The latest update takes polls off Home and Nutrition and puts syringe units back next to every dose. Your week of doses is on the Dose tab calendar, and Personalization can swap the Community tab for a Calculator tab.

### 1/5 — App was 5⭐️ until the update

*2026-10-02*

This app was top tier it was different then other pep apps until the recent update the platform is now hard / difficult to log peptides and im a little upset i paid for a year for a app that completely changed everything😬before it was a simple click to log now its 38 buttons before i can log my location and peptide in👎 change it back and ill change my review 100% was great until

**Developer response:** Sorry logging got slower. The latest update shows every dose due today in one card on Home, with syringe units next to each. If it still takes too many taps, email support@pepaiapp.com and we'll show you the quickest way.

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-10-02, version 4.0.1*

Took away calculator after update regret paying for a year

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app for your pep

*2026-10-12*

Honestly, I’ve been using this app for almost a couple of months and they’ve been improving the app every single week. Since I’ve been using this app, I don’t have to write anything down in a calendar or reminder in a phone.

**Developer response:** That's exactly what we built it for: one place for your doses and reminders, so nothing has to live in a calendar or a notes app. Thank you for being with us these past couple of months.

### 5/5 — The New Pep AI Upgrade Is on a Whole Different Level!

*2026-10-11, version 4.0.3*

The latest Pep AI update has taken this app to a completely different level! The amount of detail, organization, and functionality they've added is seriously impressive. It's becoming an all-in-one platform for anyone looking to stay organized and track their peptide protocols, nutrition, and overall fitness journey.

Peptide Tracking & Protocols:
One of my favorite features is how easy it is to input your peptides, create personalized protocols, and set up dosing schedules. You simply enter your vial strength in milligrams (mg), how much bacteriostatic water you used for reconstitution, and your desired dose. The app automatically calculates the equivalent syringe units, making the conversion process incredibly convenient and eliminating the need to manually do the math. This is especially helpful when managing multiple peptides with different concentrations.

Nutrition Tracking & Preset Meals:
The improvements to the nutrition section are another huge plus! Being able to input and track nutrients, along with the addition of new preset meals, makes monitoring your daily intake much more convenient. It helps bring nutrition and peptide tracking together in one place.

Community & Groups:
Another great addition is the ability to join groups and connect with others. Having a community where people can share experiences, discuss their journeys, and learn from one another adds an entirely new dimension to the app.

One Feature I'd Love to See Next Fitbod Integration!
As someone who regularly uses Fitbod to track workouts, one feature I would absolutely love is the ability to synchronize my Fitbod workout data directly into Pep AI. Imagine having your peptide tracking, dosing schedules, nutrition, strength training, and workout progress all connected in one place! Integration through Apple Health, Health Connect, or direct Fitbod syncing would make this app even more powerful.

Overall:

The developers have clearly put a tremendous amount of thought into this upgrade. It's not just about adding features; it's about making everything easier to track, more organized, and more accessible.

I'm genuinely impressed with how far Pep AI has come, and I'm excited to see what comes next. If they continue improving at this pace and expand their fitness integrations, this could easily become one of the most comprehensive tracking apps in this space.

Excellent update, Pep AI team! Keep raising the bar!

### 5/5 — CALCULATOR IS BACK!!

*2026-10-04, version 4.0.2*

Newest update removed the calculator? Revised: it’s back! Thank you!!!

### 5/5 — No Calculator/Converter

*2026-10-01*

I downloaded the previous version of this app initially and loved it because it gave me the conversion from mg to units, and a reconstitution calculator- that feature seems to be missing from this update. That was one of the best parts. Wish I could revert!

**Developer response:** Glad the trial won a spot on your phone. It's great to hear the dose tracking, reconstitution calculator, nutrition logging, and Apple Health sync are all pulling their weight for you. Thanks for laying out exactly what clicked. That kind of detail is genuinely useful to us.

### 5/5 — One of the best apps

*2026-10-01*

I love this app been using it to track for around 4 months now, keeps you accountable and tracks everything you can imagine during your peptide / fitness journey. Highly recommended !

**Developer response:** Four months of tracking is great to hear. Glad Pep AI keeps you accountable through your journey, and thanks for recommending it.

### 5/5 — Everything You Need

*2026-09-12*

Such a great app for tracking everything. The AI meal tracker does a great job when you take pics of meals. Sometimes I use chat GPT to get more accurate macros to enter but anything packaged just pops right up in there with accurate info which is awesome.

**Developer response:** Glad the meal tracking has been useful, especially snapping pics for quick macro estimates and having packaged foods pop up with accurate info right away. Thanks for sharing how you're using it.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-09-11, version 3.1.5*

I was overwhelmed with what to take when and how much, all in a note book, and this just make it calm and easy to follow. Plus love the food section that I missed so added bonus

### 5/5 — Best Protocol Tracker

*2026-09-06*

I downloaded to check it out, was going to cancel before the free three day trial ended, but once I got in it and played around- I was super impressed. Tracks everything from doses, how to reconstitute, nutrition, weight, even syncs with apple Health. Worth the money!

### 5/5 — Must have!

*2026-09-02, version 3.1.4*

If you’re taking multiple peptides with different schedules this is an absolute must have!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-08-30, version 3.1.3*

Very helpful
