### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2026-09-02, version 3.1.4*

The features are quite good, and the design is really appealing. I especially enjoy the dosing reminders and water intake alerts, they help keep me on track. Plus, being able to monitor your calories adds a great touch.

### 4/5 — Start up

*2026-09-02, version 3.1.4*

Trying to get things up and running was a challenge but I think I’ve figured it out.

### 4/5 — Good but still Buggy

*2026-08-22*

This app had so much potential.. everything you need if you wanna track your peps properly. But still many bugs. That being said - bugs didnt stop me from paying premium. So far - like it and will give it few more weeks and see how quickly developers will be fixing reported issues.

**Developer response:** Glad the tracking side is working out, and that potential is what we're building toward. We would like to hear about the bugs you are encountering so that we can address them. Email us at support@pepaiapp.com and we will gladly investigate the issues you've been having.

### 2/5 — Good Concept, but the Developers Have More Work to Do

*2026-08-09, version 3.1.0*

The app has potential, but the dosing functionality needs work before I would pay for a subscription.

I tested three medications. With tirzepatide, I could select mg, mcg, or units and track my dose the way I actually administer it. With retatrutide, the units option appeared, but the app would not allow me to select it. I could only use mg or mcg. With HCG, units were not offered at all. The only choices were mg or mcg, which makes no sense for HCG. HCG is normally dosed in IU.

This is especially frustrating because the app already accounts for reconstitution. I know the concentration and how many syringe units I administer based on how I reconstituted the vial. Just let me record the actual number of units I take.

If an app is specifically designed to track peptides and related medications, its dosing options need to match the medications it supports. At a minimum, it should allow appropriate selections for mg, mcg, IU, and syringe units rather than restricting users to units that may not even apply to that medication.

Everything else I saw looked good, but this is core functionality. With only a three-day free trial before requiring a subscription, I’m not paying for an app that can accurately track one medication but not the others. I deleted it.

Fix the dosing options and I’d consider trying it again.

### 5/5 — Best App

*2026-07-20, version 3.0.6*

This app is the all in one I have been looking for all my health and fitness goals. Recommend this to everyone.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2026-07-10, version 3.0.4*

Very good! Does everything I need it to do, and I love the new update.

### 1/5 — Junk app for price

*2026-07-05, version 3.0.3*

So many app alternatives out there that do the same or more and a lower price. This is so bad they wrap you into a limited 3 day trial vs others 7 day and no trial at an outrageous weekly rate of 9.99. Joke of a price and joke of an app. Looking into the reviews as well reflect poor quality reviewing (read into that how you may).

### 1/5 — James

*2026-07-04, version 3.0.3*

Daily caloric intake would have me 33-40% over daily Amt. I haven’t even continued with the app yet it was already extremely off.

### 5/5 — Awsome app

*2026-07-03, version 3.0.3*

Love the app and love Singod!

### 1/5 — Not saving anything i enter

*2026-07-03, version 3.0.3*

All compounds, schedules, cycles, etc. just disappeared when i reopened the app next day to log my dose.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t download.

*2026-09-06, version 3.1.4*

So I downloaded this app to try. Then I just didn’t like it. There’s just too much stuff on the app for what I’m looking for. Definitely good idea behind the app itself. So I went to delete it and unsubscribe, there’s nothing on my App Store subscriptions. Then when I try to delete my subscription through the app it kicks me to a website, have to put my email in to cancel….then never receive an email. Reporting this to the App Store and my bank.

### 1/5 — AI Slop - don’t waste your money.

*2026-08-30, version 3.1.3*

You can tell the developer just made this in a couple hours with some AI bs. it doesn’t make any sense and is so ugly and buggy.

FYI - there are better apps out there, right now I’m using Milligram. just make sure you stay away from these vibecoded AI slop apps and definitely don’t spend your money on them either- makes you answer 50+ questions just to hit you with $100 to even get access, not even a free trial.

Don’t recommend.

### 1/5 — Want my Money Back

*2026-08-19, version 3.1.1*

I would be willing to remove this review for a refund. This App sucks!! Not easy to figure out, the schedule is all wrong. I wanted an app to help me figure out my dosing, it does NOT do that. It only allows you to enter your dose information (that you’ve previously calculated). It is not ally all what I thought I was paying for. Try a different App because this is a waste of money!!

### 1/5 — Wrong dosing amounts

*2026-08-14, version 3.1.0*

Gives wrong dosing amount!

### 1/5 — 30 questions

*2026-08-05, version 3.0.9*

30 questions and it asks for a review before I even get to the app. Maybe after I finally get to open this app I can give a review. So far it looks like it’s trying to sell me something. Let’s see 😳

### 1/5 — Mid

*2026-07-27, version 3.0.8*

10$ a week for a reminder lmao, it doesn’t even give dosing and timings and so

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-07-21, version 3.0.6*

Terrible prices it charged me for a yearly subscription and a monthly and apple would not refund me this app sucks and is way to overpriced!

### 1/5 — This app sucks

*2026-07-15, version 3.0.4*

Been using this app for months now. The response time is slow when logging entries. I have to close the app each time to get a response. I’ve emailed the support team and never get a response. Stay away from this app. Once I figure out how to transfer my history I’m going to cancel my subscription

### 1/5 — Not worth paid premium

*2026-07-13, version 3.0.4*

I had such high hopes for this app with its beautiful user interface. however, after spending a lot of time, entering my peptide information, schedule and everything, I found that it randomly deletes everything and starts you back at the very beginning as if you’ve never opened the app before. It is absolutely not worth paying for something that is gonna constantly reset itself. After the second attempt to re-add all of my peptides it did the very same again and treated me like a brand new user. This time I deleted the app altogether. It’s not worth this kind of headache for a free app and it’s certainly not worth paying for a headache.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-07-06, version 3.0.3*

This app is absolutely terrible I downloaded it and the only way to proceed was to start a free trial so I did and after starting the trial was able to see what the app had to offer. It was for the most part completely useless so immediately cancelled my subscription and then they charged me for the month. Do not download this app. The only reason they get a high rating is because they promised it’s awesome and then make you review it before you even try.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best Protocol Tracker

*2026-09-06, version 3.1.4*

I downloaded to check it out, was going to cancel before the free three day trial ended, but once I got in it and played around- I was super impressed. Tracks everything from doses, how to reconstitute, nutrition, weight, even syncs with apple Health. Worth the money!

### 5/5 — Must have!

*2026-09-02, version 3.1.4*

If you’re taking multiple peptides with different schedules this is an absolute must have!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-08-30, version 3.1.3*

Very helpful

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-08-28, version 3.1.3*

The calculator was extremely helpful. The tracking of your stacks with reminders and other process tracking is fantastic!

### 5/5 — Great for staying in track

*2026-08-22, version 3.1.2*

Keeping me in track on my weight loss journey!

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2026-08-21, version 3.1.2*

This app is the easiest to use and is comprehensive. Positives are the easy to use interface, easy to look at schedule, the ability to add custom meds is awesome(not just peps). Just an easy to use app all around and is very intuitive. Lacking a comprehensive library. It’s getting there but needs way more useful information and more expansive library including dose info and community dose info and better descriptions of purpose.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-08-16, version 3.1.1*

Tracks logs your doses, weight, facts about peptides, all around worth the $ all day

### 5/5 — ⭐ SellingThe937’s FAVORITE Peptide App

*2026-08-11, version 3.1.0*

Absolutely love this app! It makes keeping track of my peptide wellness routine so much easier. I can log my doses, keep everything organized, and use the calculator instead of second-guessing my math. If you’re juggling multiple peptides and want everything in one simple place, this app is incredibly convenient. Definitely one of my most-used wellness tools! 💙🧬

### 5/5 — Insta Bro

*2026-08-03, version 3.0.9*

Great calculations, schedules and dose prep

### 5/5 — Wow easy

*2026-08-02, version 3.0.8*

5+
