Заплатил за подписку а оно не работает, почта поддержки внутри приложения не существует

Установила приложение. Оформила подписку. Подписка начала действовать, но в приложении пишет, что у меня нет подписки.

После оплаты подписки на три месяца, не возможно изменить план питания, функция такая есть, но фактически ничего не меняется.

Перед тем как покупать подписку, хотелось бы сначала посмотреть вообще что это за приложение. Предлагают оплатить на 3 месяца, но первые пробные 3 дня бесплатно. Далее спишется 999 руб. Подписка проходит, написано «подписка успешно оформлена», в настройках на тел они числится, а приложение не работает и не видит оформленной подписки! Это ужасно, зря потратила время.

Просто ужасно, не советую , больше покупать подписку не буду , слава богу взяла только на неделю 
Во первых приложение тупит, не меняет план питания , оставляет тот же , когда заходишь в смену питания …
Во вторых , нельзя возвращаться на день раньше , и смотреть , что было вчера …

Приложение мне так подходило, но прошёл 21 день и приложение больше не работает:(( пишет, что нет связи с интернетом. Но у меня связь есть и все остальные приложения работают. Очень обидно! Как это можно решить? Написала в поддержку приложений, но ответа пока нет:(

Для того, чтобы избавиться от этого окна, приходится удалять приложение и снова его скачивать. Это происходит каждый раз, когда закончился курс. 

Само приложение радует. Очень удобно, что можно и на 1 день отметить продукты и на неделю, это сильно удобно! 

По поводу обедов и можно ли переносить блюдо на след обед - ну тут уже дело потребителя. Не доели, на завтра оставили. Обед не готовите. По мне (а я не работающий в офисе, человек - бездельница😂) удобно. Не могу отказаться от привычки - каждый раз свежий обед, свежий ужин. К слову, я люблю готовить и крутиться на кухне. Это моя медитация. И блюда в этом приложении не занимают дохуа времени. Максимально просто. Захотели перекус - создали себе самостоятельно перекус🤷🏻‍♀️ Делов-то.
