### 1/5 — PLEASE RESPOND TO MY SUPPORT REQUEST!

I absolutely LOVED using this app…the Free Trial period was great and then it expired and I subscribed to the Annual Plan (through the prompt in the iOS App) and despite having paid for a Yearly Subscription to The Pep Planner — it does not recognize my subscription (even though it clearly shows in my Apple App Store Subscriptions) and after contacting The Pep Planner Support two days ago, I still have not received a response nor have I been able to use the app I’ve paid for.

I will most certainly change my review once my issue has been corrected, but for the time being I am pretty upset that my daily logging ability is non-existent 😫

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your patience and for your kind words about The Pep Planner! We are so glad you enjoyed the free trial experience. 🥰

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you and for the inconvenience with your subscription. We've gone ahead and taken care of your account — you should now have full access. Please try opening the app and if you still see any issues, tap Settings → Restore Purchases or reach out to us at contact@thepepplanner.com.

We truly value you as a member of the Pep Planner community and hope your daily logging is back on track. We'd love to earn back that 5th star when you feel ready! 🌟
