## What is Pepdex?

Pepdex is the tracker for everything you actually run — peptides, supplements, nutrition, training, water, weight — with an evidence library and an AI Coach that knows what you're on.

TRACK THE WHOLE STACK
• Compounds and vials, with how much is left in each
• Supplement bottles with counts that follow what you take
• Food, calories, macros and water, side by side with the rest of your day
• Workouts — lifts with sets and reps, cardio with distance and effort
• Weight with the 7-day trend line worth trusting
• Daily check-ins: energy, mood, sleep, side effects — see patterns, not vibes

ONE RING TO CLOSE
Home shows your whole day in one loop — what's due, what's logged, what's left. Swipe between Protocol, Calories and Lifestyle. Every slide has its own graph and its own checklist.

SCAN INSTEAD OF TYPE
Point the camera at a vial label or a supplement bottle and the details fill themselves in. Snap a meal for a calorie estimate.

AN HONEST LIBRARY
Every entry is graded on the human evidence behind it — what research actually shows, reported side effects, cautions, and the questions worth asking a provider. From creatine to research compounds, with sources linked. Educational reference only: Pepdex never tells you what to take or how much.

ASK COACH
The AI Coach answers with the research it stands on, and — only if you turn it on — reads your own numbers so answers are about you, not everyone. You control what it sees, and you can turn it off any time.

FREE VS PRO
The library, guides, calculators and Coach questions are free. Tracking — protocols, vials, food, workouts, check-ins — is Pro: $4.99/week, $29.99 per 3 months, or $59.99/year.

Pepdex is an information and tracking tool, not medical advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take anything.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-23

New in this release:
- Redesigned onboarding: one quick calibration page, personalized setup, and a hand-off straight into your protocol or the reconstitution calculator.
- Espanol: the app now speaks Spanish (automatic, or pick in Settings).
- Rebuilt food search on USDA data, with full nutrient panels.
- Coach answers now cite the research they stand on.
- Deeper compound library with verified references throughout.
- Your profile and progress now survive reinstalls.
- Fixes and polish across the app.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-22

The library roughly doubled, and every entry now shows the research behind it.

• 68 more compounds and 44 more supplements in the library.
• Entries now carry an evidence grade, S through F. It measures how much human research exists on PubMed — not whether something works, and not whether it is safe. The papers behind it are listed underneath, with links.
• A new guide, "What the evidence grade means (and what it deliberately does not)", walks through how the grade is worked out and where it falls short.
• Ask Coach why an entry is graded the way it is and you get the study counts it used.
• Reported interactions on compound pages, and Stack check now reads your compounds alongside your peptides and supplements. It is reference information, not a safety clearance.
• Unified search across compounds, supplements, guides and protocols.
• A rebuilt Progress screen, one calendar instead of several, and bottles where you would look for them.
• A second new guide on reading a supplement label: tiers, upper limits, and the interactions nobody mentions.
• Delete account now removes your account and data from our servers, not only from this phone. App Store subscriptions still have to be cancelled through Apple, and the app tells you where.
• Fixes: links that went nowhere, clipped cards on iPad, and text cut short across the library.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-11

The biggest update since launch.

• A cleaner home: three swipeable cards — Protocol, Calories, Lifestyle — each with a week graph and its own tap-through checklist.
• One scanner for everything: point it at a vial or a supplement bottle and it works out which is which, then fills in the details.
• Supplement bottles: track what's left, and see roughly how many days remain before you run out.
• Stack check now reads your whole stack — peptides, supplements and diet together.
• Every compound page has a "For you" section that reads the entry against what you're actually running and tracking.
• Coach can now use your own tracked data to answer — only if you turn that on, and you can turn it off any time.
• Sign in with Google.
• Colour-coded tabs, a smoother launch, and a stack of fixes.
