### 1.1 — 2026-06-22

PepForge 1.1 improves inventory tracking, protocol history and PK graph accuracy.

Inventory now uses a clearer unopened -> active -> used vial workflow, making it easier to distinguish stored stock from vials currently in use. Active vials can be linked to dose logs, estimated remaining content is updated as doses are recorded, and used vials are retained for reference.

PK graphs have also been improved, with deleted doses removed from calculations and peptide exposure now aggregated by compound identity rather than protocol instance.
