This is really annoying my kid keeps on coming to me asking for it first. It used to be free like 2 floors now everything Is cost. Like if you have a kid I don’t recommend this app that much if you don’t like buying stuff But overall the app is amazing I just don’t like how they had to remove stuff. They are stuck with a stupid sniffing sound and you need to pay real money to gain access to a vaccine. It is just so ridiculous, like who makes a hospital game where the only function of it is to bring in sick patients and put hand sanitizer on. What is this going to teach kids? Also the only free things are a lab, a hand sanitizer entrance thing, and a helipad. I don’t know if you want these things for a free hospital game, but go ahead and download if you want. I deleted this game after 20 minutes of playing. Waste of time.
