### 4/5 — Update crashed

*2022-10-26, version 7.8*

I’ve been using this for years. Today the new update has caused the program to crash Please update the update

### 2/5 — Update

*2020-11-03, version 7.0*

The update made the in application calculator for dosing much less user-friendly.

### 3/5 — Good

*2019-10-10, version 5.8.0*

Quick information at your disposal

### 4/5 — An Old Friend

*2019-09-04, version 5.7.4*

I have used PEPID for years. I decided to try another product as my POC reference in the ED. It was good, but sometimes over-inclusive, making it cumbersome in the heat of battle. The other product would frequently not have the immediately available treatment recommendations/protocols that I needed in the ED. PEPID much more ED friendly and useful. I’ve resubscribed even before the other subscription expired. I feel like I have reunited with an old friend. Keep up the good work PEPID!

### 4/5 — Easy look up

*2019-08-05, version 5.7.2*

Easy platform to look up. Wish these apps would help with misspelled words! Lately I’ve seen information missing and had to use another app for meds.

### 2/5 — Excellent information, dreadful app

*2019-03-17*

While the database is excellent and useful, the app is embarrassingly out of date. For a $300USD/year subscription, you’d think the app would be optimised for a current iPhone and have a modern UI. I’m less and less likely to stick with Pepid long term when services like Therapeutic Guidelines offer a comparable service and a more refined, contemporary app.

### 1/5 — Crashes before login.

*2019-01-24, version 5.6.3*

After paying for the app and setting up an account, it doesn’t work. Crashes as soon as I open it. I’ve tried deleting the app then reinstalling it. Still crashes as soon as it launches. I want my money back.

### 1/5 — Fail

*2019-01-15, version 5.6.3*

It won’t open. I’ve downloaded on multiple devises and it will not load. It will let me open it after I redownload it but will it won’t load after that. I get to the log in screens and then it crashes. Not worth it at all. I got it for grad school and work and it’s useless.

### 1/5 — App

*2019-01-09, version 5.6.3*

This app crashes!

### 1/5 — App Crash

*2018-12-29, version 5.6.3*

App crashes and closes on trying to access... deleted and downloaded but still having issues!

### 4/5 — Great info! Terrible delivery.

*2018-12-28, version 5.6.3*

The information and data within the app is wonderfully and concisely put. Simple sentences, no bull crap extraneous words.

The missing Star is due to the fact we’re a year out from the iPhone X release, and the developers STILL HAVEN’T OPTIMIZED IT FOR THE OPHONE X SCREEN! Yes, it’s a big deal. The masses can understand being behind a few weeks or sometimes a month (which is still questionable...). But a whole year? Come on. The app itself is worth a third of an entire iPhone! It should optimized for it by now...

****yes, developers, I know it “works” on the iPhone X. I’ve been using it for months, hence the leverage to leave a review. I’m referring to “optimization”, not “compatibility”.****

### 1/5 — Crashes or shows no content to download

*2018-12-20, version 5.6.3*

Either crashes on boot up or simply shows me no content to download. I’m using a iPhone X

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2018-12-19, version 5.6.3*

Like all the other users who have the same
problem, every time I try to open the app it immediately crashes and exits. I tried restarting my phone as well as deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times over several weeks. People have been posting about this for months and it seems they don’t care enough to resolve the problem and make it work properly. It doesn’t work and I feel like I wasted my money.

### 1/5 — Crashes on opening

*2018-12-15, version 5.6.3*

Just downloaded the app and ever since I’ve signed in, it crashes.

### 1/5 — App crashes

*2018-12-01, version 5.6.3*

The app crashes and even before I login I have tried on iPhone 7 and iPhone X and I tried to uninstall and install again but it didn’t work

### 1/5 — Tricked by advertisement

*2018-11-27, version 5.6.3*

I bought PEPID with the Black Friday sale. It was labeled just like the emergency medicine suite I had previously used. When I downloaded the app there was no content and I was told that I only had access through the website not yet app. Then I was told they give no refunds and that it says that “in the FAQ section.” Interesting that the product description had nothing about this. Sounds like this is happening to others. Frustrating.

### 1/5 — App keeps forcing closed

*2018-11-24, version 5.6.3*

Just purchased this and can’t even get logged in, every time I log in it forces closed. I’ve rebooted my iPhone, deleted the app multiple times without resolve. Unfortunately the customer service hours are M-F 8-5. Very disappointed!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Inappropriately charged

*2026-06-18, version 8.6*

I canceled my subscription, but was still charged for the next year. I have reached out to PEPID support multiple times and no one has got back to me. So I am stuck with 300 bill that I will not be using. Completely unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Now useless

*2024-03-26, version 7.19*

Won’t update. Deleted and reinstalled. Now content will not download. Virtual paper weight. Have been using for years. Fix or I’m out.

### 1/5 — Very limited!

*2022-04-02, version 7.5*

This app is so limited, I don’t have much to say!

### 1/5 — Nothing here

*2021-03-21, version 7.1*

The only thing this has was toxicology references. That was a waste of time.

### 1/5 — Great application! Until the update

*2020-02-07, version 6.0*

One of only 2 or 3 apps I use on every shift. Quick, easy and reliable....except the new update completely ruined it...the app is only on like 80% of my screen. 2 big black bars (one at je top and one at the bottom now) what happened?

### 1/5 — Not optimized for newer iPhones

*2019-10-10, version 5.8.0*

It is a shame that this app has not been optimized for new iPhones like the iPhone X or 11. Opening the app and seeing that the app doesn’t fill the full screen is annoying. Especially when these phones have been out for almost 2 years. We pay so much money to subscribe to this service!

### 1/5 — Review

*2019-06-10, version 5.7.1*

It will not take my email or password starting a new account!

### 1/5 — App keeps crashing!!!

*2019-02-04, version 5.6.3*

What is this junk!!! I can’t even log into the app because it crashes!!!! I want a refund

### 1/5 — App will not even open.

*2019-02-03, version 5.6.3*

Downloaded the app. Registered. Now it will not open. Really thought this would be a good app.

### 1/5 — Drug reference

*2019-01-30, version 5.6.3*

App doesn’t open

### 5/5 — Frank

*2019-01-26, version 5.6.3*

I am using PEPID everyday!

### 5/5 — Unable to update since OS 12.1

*2018-11-02, version 5.6.3*

Love the app but I can’t update since I got a new iPhone and downloaded 12.1. Please fix since I use it almost daily while at work. I’m getting a slow internet connection warning and then nothing. I’m connected to a 5G WiFi network that downloads everything else with no problem. I’ve even deleted the app and reloaded it. Normally I give 5 stars for this amazing app

### 5/5 — My “go to” for quick information while working in ER

*2018-10-07, version 5.6.3*
