## What is Pepmunk?

Pepmunk is a tracker for the peptides you run. GLP-1s such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, recovery peptides such as BPC-157 and TB-500, growth-hormone compounds, and anything else you add. Your protocols, doses, vials, injection sites, side effects, and weight stay in one place on your device.

Keep one clean record instead of a spreadsheet and a pile of scattered notes. Pepmunk is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice or dosing instructions.

Using Pepmunk requires a paid subscription. Every account starts with a free 3-day trial.

FEATURES

Protocols & Schedules
Set up a protocol for each compound with its dose, route, and schedule, including titration steps that raise or lower the dose over time. Pepmunk uses it to prefill your logs and drive your reminders.

Dose Reminders
Optional local reminders tell you when a dose is due, based on each protocol's schedule. Everything runs on your device, with no account or connection needed.

Dose Logging
Log a dose in a few taps and backdate anything you forgot. Note the injection site and add a comment on how it went. Your log is the honest history behind every trend.

Vial & Inventory Tracking
Track each vial from sealed powder to reconstituted, with the date you mixed it. A shelf-life countdown tells you when a mixed vial should be discarded, so you always know what is still good to use.

Injection Site Log
Record the site for each injection and review your recent sites, so you can rotate and avoid overusing one spot.

Side Effects
Log side effects with a severity rating and build a history you can look back on. Pick from a common list, including nausea, fatigue, and appetite changes, or add your own.

Weight & Trends
Track your weight over time and see it as a trend next to your doses and side effects. Handy for following progress on a GLP-1 protocol.

Compound Level Estimator
For compounds with a known half-life, Pepmunk estimates how much is still active and where you sit in your dosing window, based on the doses you logged.
