Kind regards, PEPPER App ### 1/5 — נסיון המאוחזב ביותר *2023-09-26* So much fakes review about the app making me feel even more depressed then using an app, be a client of the company or even citizen of country all together at all ### 1/5 — שירות רע מאוד *2023-05-16, version 8.0.0* שירות ברמה הכי נמוכה שיש, לא מצליחים את הבעיות ולא נותנים מענה ראוי ### 1/5 — יכניסו אותך למינוס ויגבו עמלות בלי לומר כלול *2021-04-04, version 6.3.3* מי שחושב שהוא יכול להתקין את האפליקציה הזו ולשכוח ממנה- טועה. אני משתמש באפליקציה פעם בחצי שנה בערך (היא לא הכי שימושית), עשיתי איזו קניה ב-80 שח שחשבתי שיש לי בחשבון (ה-UI שלהם לא ברור אבל זה כבר משהו אחר). בכל אופן, אני נכנס כמה חודשים אחרי זה ומגלה שנכנסתי למינוס. אף אחד לא טרח להודיע לי כלום. וזה לא הכל- עוד לקחו לי עליו ריבית. די מכעיס לא? אני בנאדם שבחיים לא נכנס למינוס - והעובדה שנכנסתי כאן פוגעת לי בקרדיט לטווח הארוך. אבל זה לא הכל. שילמתי את המינוס, וכמה חודשים לאחר מכם, שוב לקחו לי ריבית (לא ברור למה) ושוב נכנסתי למינוס. ושוב בלי להודיע כלום. רק כשנכנסתי לאפליקציה במקרה גיליתי אתזה. בקיצור: על הפנים. אין שקיפות בכלל. כנראה עושים כסף בדיוק מהשיטה הזו. ### 1/5 — הרבה איפה להשתפר *2021-02-09, version 6.3.1* הצ׳אט איתם בלתי נסבל. וכולו נועד למנוע מכם להשיג נציג בצורה מהירה ויעילה. אפליקציה ברמה ירודה. מלא כפילויות בחיובים, טעויות עם הצגת חיוב או זיכוי ועוד... בהתחשב שאין לבנק הזה אתר אינטרנט היה מצופה שהאפליקציה תהיה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר האפשרית. (כמו ״רבולוט״ נגיד) בנוסף, אין אפשרות לחשבון מטבע חוץ, חשבון עסקי, אין אפשרות להעברה בינלאומית, משלמים עמלה של 3% על עסקאות מטח עם כרטיס פפר (בעולם אין עמלות מטח כבר עשור). לא באמת בנק דיגיטלי. ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience *2020-07-17* Tried to open an account turns out US citizens are second class citizens and are unable to open an account. Bigots ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with my ID card *2019-10-27, version 4.12.2* Will not accept non biometric ID cards. No way of uploading a photo of the Id (as the scan fails) for manual verification. The ID itself is valid legally - they just decided to implement one type and not both in the scanning engine. And no one can bypass that.
