This is the BEST horseradish I’ve ever cooked with! Not only does it actually change the chemistry of meat for instance, and in a very delicious way, it WILL clear your sinus if you have a cold. Just PLEASE, don’t stick your nose into the jar. You WILL burn your nose hairs to oblivion! Thank you Pepper Palace for such a remarkable product! I ran across your shop and stepped inside and see the types of seasonings and rubs and wing sauces and accessories you have I took some home and I use it on various meats and to my surprise and everyone that eat them they loved it.I give you 100% on your product and will be a long and faithful customer I’m retired US Army soldier. I went to Iraq and seasonings there and what you have you have them beat. I taste so many things and you know after a while it all tastes the same, so I settled on “ the chop house” and some spicy pickles, I’ve ate them pickles in 3 days they were delicious and I held on to that rub for a yearrr, fast forward and I bought a house, I just ordered 3 more and this is my second order in 4 days. I’m obsessed. While I can’t buy my FAVORITE hot sauce here (Scoville Scale’), these people are serious foodies, or, at least, they provide eats, for us, AS serious culinary people. I have purchased many products from PepperPalace, and was only disappointed, once (seems you can’t buy a really spicy “green” sauce. Pity..), trying to purchase a ready-made super-spicy, super FRUITY sauce using “green” peppers, and not much vinegar. I’ve evolved my own sauce over, perhaps, 2 years but it’s VERY seasonal (maybe I’ll try canning it). Anyway I still buy and try many sauces from these people. A greatly enjoyable experience. As a “not quite” chili-head, I’d suggest that you consider the “heat rating” just a schooch low, as in very hot= kinda hot, with vinegar. The only other place to shop is where I buy Tim Myer’s sauces, which, politely, I won’t include the address here. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about the products. He answered all of my questions about various products and steered me to those sauces that I prefer. I absolutely love Carolina Reapers and I was not disappointed in the selection and quality. If you love spicy, I cannot recommend these products enough! The sauces are great! I’ve had a couple. Although the one I recently rediscovered doesn’t seem to be made anymore. My wife spotted the pepper palace in a local mall and got me some items! I loved one so much I hid it in my fridge so my 17yr old wouldn’t use it all. I forgot about it until about a week ago when he stumbled on it in the fridge. The King Reaper is the sauce I’m referring to. It is so good. Good bite to it but the flavor is what sealed the deal! I can’t find it anywhere on your website. After that every trip involved finding out if I would be near a Pepper Palace so I could do a shop. Covid-19 has put paid to US trips the last few years but this app has made it easy for me to buy and get product shipped. There are many great products but my go to are always rum and honey chipotle BBQ sauce and the corn and bean salsa. ### 5/5 — The End_Flatline_ Seasoning *2024-02-15, version 4.3* I was introduced to this hot sauce by a coworker. Since that time, I have absolutely fallen in love with the seasoning shaker. It is a super convenient way to convert any boring plate of spaghetti or boring bowl of chili into something that is tantalizing to the tongue to eat. So far I have purchased six of them and also one bottle of the sauce. I use a glass rod to distribute the sauce into chili, but when I’m on the go, the shaker bottle works perfectly. I like the way the heat turns on slowly & evenly. But WOW it IS HOT! I am thrilled with the taste and heat of this product!
