They are shut down. App doesn’t work. Customer service number doesn’t answer. Help emails go unanswered and their website is shutdown. I do a lot of purchasing on Amazon and getting points for that was a no brainer. It was like free money. Eventually they removed Amazon as an option and I was super disappointed. I stayed however because they still had other services like GrubHub and Uber that I used. However now the app is completely unusable. For weeks now, trying to checkout a gift card simply returns a generic “Internal server error.” I tried contacting customer support but they told me they have no estimate as to when this would be fixed. The app is completely nonfunctional and should be removed from the App Store if they don’t intend on fixing it. ### 1/5 — It was good - now it feels scam *2025-09-28, version 5.3.6* I have 230k points I cannot use because rewards are “on hold,” yet the app still takes money.
