This one errors out every time I try to install it and sign up. Apps should just work on their own. There’s no way to redeem points once payment has been processed, no way to recover anything or a way to scan the QR code to get the points. I love the food, but I really want to be loyal and have points to prove it. I hope one day that someone will get the ball rolling to update and upgrade the app so I can get points. ### 1/5 — Would not take the promo code *2023-05-31, version 2.0.1* Two dollar off prom came up when I got in the app but when checking out it would not accept the code. Annoying. I was going to make the purchase anyway. Wasting my time with an ad that caused me to go through the checkout process multiple times is not enjoyable. I would have been really happy to just log in and reorder. But now I’m annoyed. Yet, I am only able to redeem rewards earned via ordering online. You’re not able to simply scan a bar code like you can in every other place. I LOST BOTH and had to create a new account. The reward system was a big draw for me. Very frustrated. ### 1/5 — Delays *2026-05-06, version 25.23.2025091903* UPDATE from new app rollout: still poorly functioning app. I do not know who they use for production and management on this - but they need to cancel their contract and find a better app processor. Whereas you used to have issues getting the order location selected, now you can’t even search locations for orders. You type in your address and quite literally get nothing. They’ve also switch to using “Toast” for delivery which I found to be incredibly unreliable, particularly the in app tracking. Not impressed. At least the last app’s issues would eventually cooperate. Using the app, whether or not you are ordering for pickup or delivery, it always freezes when trying to select the location to order from. Doesn’t matter if it’s using your phone location or your manually type it in. And then you try to get app support (through the link just below) and the page doesn’t exist, it gives a 404 error code. ### 1/5 — “New rewards” *2026-05-01, version 25.23.2025091903* First off I had 1,600+ points and now I have 525. It used to be every 1,000 points is a free entree, so if it’s 500 points is a free entree then it would mean my points were cut in half. So I should have 800 or so right? I don’t. Second off the reward for a kids rice bowl on Wednesdays with an adult entree isn’t available anymore. What if my kid doesn’t want chicken strips? What if they want a rice bowl? I don’t know why that was taken off- and it wasn’t told to me by anyone and an email was not sent out or anything so I had no idea until I went to pay in store and they told me that the kids rice bowl was no longer included. I don’t know what was wrong with the old app… at least give me the correct amount of points back. ### 1/5 — Can’t order *2026-03-30, version 25.23.2025091902* The app won’t allow you to place an order. It will let me put in an order and go so far as payment, saying payment accepted. But, the order and the payment do not go through. It just disappears. Now the only way to get to them is to travel over 45 minutes across town to get to them. App has no company contact information.
