Make them remove need some sort tap to pop them up or hide away. No quick fixes for this app, other than replace it with tradingview or oanda being the gold star on like ability and usability. Desktop app is much better apart from many customers complaints for years of app rebooting during core hours Go figure we’re dealing with millions of dollars and still after 10 years they have stability issues??? ### 1/5 — Will NOT connect to 4G with Telstra or Optus *2021-06-15* This app will no longer connect using 4G via Telstra or Optus. It has been flagged as an issue in the help forums and the response was simply, tough luck. If utilising 4G to tether another device it does work, it also works if a VPN is utilised, of course suggesting the issue is with the software. You need to do better than being ok with a MOBILE app not working on MOBILE internet. It is your problem, and a recent one at that with the new software update, it is not the problem of the ISP. Stop hand-balling the issue. **Developer response:** Dear trader, Thank you for posting your review. This is a problem of your ISP and not of the application. Best Regards, cTrader Team ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Max pro in 5g *2021-12-14* Great app. But it only works with wifi on IPhone 12 Maxpro and not on Telstra 5G. Earlier was able to reset network and it worked for Telstra. But that doesn’t work either. I used it for last 3 years, but the later versions just made unusable for whilst on the move. ### 2/5 — Ctrader fail *2021-11-18* The app will not connect when my phone is not connected via wifi making the whole point of it being on my phone redundant! Telstra 4G network will not work. Ctrader blame the ISP (Telstra) yet it worked fine until the Ctrader update came along. Pathetic customer service. **Developer response:** Dear trader, Thank you for posting your review. However there is not much we can do regarding this problem. It happens only on specific ISPs and seems to be related to your ISP. Please contact your ISP directly. Best Regards, cTrader Team ### 2/5 — Mobile app that doesn’t work on mobile network! *2021-07-12* Would give it 5 stars as I was loving it until I left the house and found it doesn’t work on 4G and from the comments the developer ain’t going to fix it or even acknowledge the issue. Need to rethink entire strategy now. **Developer response:** Dear trader, Thanks for posting your review. We acknowledged many times that there is an issue with some ISP providers in Australia. We are looking into solutions but we cannot guarantee a solution, since the source of the problem is beyond our control.
