## What is PepperTools Cloud Office?

PepperTools Office Cloud is the mobile companion app for the office1.cloud accounting and business management platform. The app is designed for self-employed professionals and small businesses working in the field who want to access their business data during customer visits.

Features

- Master data on the go: Access customers, suppliers and articles from your office1.cloud account.
- Document overview: Quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and partial invoices for your customers at a glance.
- CRM activities on site: Record notes, meeting outcomes and follow-up tasks directly at the customer. Entries appear on the customer record in the cloud platform and are available for further processing back in the office.
- Reminder function: Scheduled follow-up activities are shown at the chosen time so no task is forgotten.
- Multilingual: Available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Turkish.

Security

- Optional login with two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP).
- Encrypted data transmission between the app and the cloud platform.
- Strict tenant separation: each account only sees its own data.

Requirements
An active, paid subscription on office1.cloud is required to use the app. The subscription is purchased and managed exclusively on the office1.cloud platform, not within the app. Without an active subscription, login is not possible.

Note
This app complements the office1.cloud web platform but does not replace it. Functions such as accounting, DATEV/tax advisor exports, shop integrations and document management (DMS) remain available on the cloud platform.

What's New in Version 1.1.0

This update turns the app from a reference tool into a working tool: capture receipts, track time and send invoices – straight from your phone.

Scan receipts and record expenses
Photograph an invoice, pick it from your gallery or import a PDF. Text recognition reads supplier, document number, date and amounts automatically. You check the data, add the account assignment and save – the receipt is filed in the document archive together with its image. Plus an expense list with payment status and detail view.

View and send invoices as PDF
Open any document as a PDF, share it or email it straight to your customer. The message text is filled from your template with the document data: document number, amounts, customer address and due date. The app asks before finalising a draft.

Time tracking with a timer
Start and stop a timer for a project and activity. The clock runs on the server – closing the app is harmless, the time keeps running. Plus an overview of your own entries.

Home screen with key figures
Revenue, expenses, profit and outstanding receivables at a glance, along with this year's invoices and receipts and any dunning notices due. Quick actions for receipt scanning, time tracking and a new CRM activity.

Feature and bug reports
Report a problem or suggest a feature – straight from the "More" menu. You can see the status of your report and reply to any questions.

Voice input in CRM
Dictate CRM activities instead of typing: subject, description, date and priority are taken from what you say.

Redesigned interface
Android and iPhone now look largely the same. Document list with a highlighted date and draft marker, revised detail pages for customers, suppliers and products, and a new loading screen at start-up.

Further improvements
- Stay signed in: the sign-in screen no longer appears briefly when you are already signed in.
- Payment status of incoming invoices in the document overview.
- Numerous fixes to layout and usability.
