It’s actually been a life saver. Using the chat function I’ve been able to ask a lot of questions, had concerns eased and even had my GP’s advice corrected after being prescribed the wrong levels of HRT for my age/symptoms. Incredibly useful. I recommend to anyone in need of help with their menopause. ### 5/5 — Couldn’t be without this app! *2023-10-12* Such an useful, trustworthy app with knowledge practitioners that you can trust. There’s a lot of information out there but I have used this app to understand how to manage PCOS and now feel I have the confidence to make changed and improve my health. ### 5/5 — Incredibly supportive *2023-10-09* My employer told me about Peppy when I was having a miscarriage and I can’t begin to describe how amazing all of the practitioners have been. Everyone who is going through fertility issues, menopause, has a new baby, etc. should have access to this support. They helped support me emotionally and physically and from an employer's perspective they really helped me process what was happening, allowing me to be more productive at work more quickly. If you are considering whether to add this to the benefits package for your employees- do it now. I only wish it was possible for individuals to access the support without needing their employer to have signed up. ### 5/5 — Got me through a year of breastfeeding! *2023-08-08* Honestly I cannot thank Peppy enough for their pre and postnatal support over the past couple of years. I don’t know how new mums cope without this kind of support and their support has enabled me to breastfeed my son for a year. The 1-2-1s are invaluable and the events are just so informative and I genuinely feel like I’ve made amazing connections with all of those in the pre and post natal team. I need to give a special thanks to Hannah, Amanda and Arielle for all of their breastfeeding advice, support and general helpfulness. The people at Peppy were hugely supportive when we were struggling on our fertility journey and we accessed 121 support, articles and webinars. When I did get pregnant the support continued and I now have a 3 week old and being able to message any questions I may have and get a personalised response is amazing. Even when I haven’t used the app for a while the Peppy team check in with me. She really understands how 'all this fertility stuff' feels. She is very empathetic which his the key trait that I like in Kelly, but she is always very knowledgeable and professional too. Kelly's manner is perfectly suited to this job after the journey she has been on there is some good to come out of all she's faced with dignity and grace. I am so appreciative and grateful to have Kelly as my 1 to 1 emotional support. I am also delighted with the general Peppy app and service all round. Peppy is an app and business I'd give A* reviews for, thank you for the top notch support. Sadly this can be lacking in the fertility space when people are at their most vulnerable so Kelly and the team are a wonderful antidote to the stress of fertility in general. xx huge thanks ### 5/5 — Such a help *2023-01-17* I have been using the Peppy app as we have included as part of our work benefits. I am a first-time mum and have been using it quite a bit recently, I can honestly say all the midwives are absolutely amazing! No question is too small or big or even if you feel it is silly… They always have time for you. Even if you don’t send them a message they remember when you have appointments or scans and drop you a little message either before or after to check everything went okay… Honestly it’s like having a midwife in your pocket and I really I’m grateful for them recently. Definitely recommend! ### 5/5 — Cannot thank Peppy enough *2023-01-03* Having struggled to get pregnant for a long time followed by a miscarriage, I was lucky enough to find Peppy through my work health benefits. I did not expect to receive the support I did. Every single person I spoke to was absolutely amazing- I felt as though I was just speaking to a friend! I have never felt fully supported with my GP but with Peppy I now fully understand my options and what routes to take moving forward. I absolutely cannot recommend Peppy enough. Unfortunately, a lot of the advice is not evidence-based and not in line with current scientific knowledge. It has pretty much everything I need as mother! I am also able to talk with a specialist consultant for any questions I have around motherhood, whether is it breastfeeding, maternal support or general care. Peppy is every families Parenting companion , thank you the practitioner and health professionals!
