## What is PepRec?

YOU, YOUR GROUP ALREADY HAS GOALS. KEEP EACH OTHER GOING.

FOR YOU & FRIENDS, CLUBS, TEAMS & COMMUNITIES
PepRec is a motivation app for individuals, clubs, teams, and communities where members support each other toward meaningful goals — sometimes giving motivation, sometimes receiving it — so nobody is left behind.
Each member can set their own goal or join a shared goal, while the group becomes a network of achievers and motivators who encourage each other through personalized video or audio messages called PEPs.
Play PEPs whenever motivation drops and use the support of your group to stay motivated, consistent, and committed to your goals.

WHAT CAN YOUR GROUP DO WITH PEPREC?
•	Give and receive short, personal video or audio encouragement connected to a re-al goal.
•	Follow individual ambitions or join one collective challenge.
•	Invite the people you trust as motivators and decide whether to keep a goal private or make it public.
•	Ask your motivators for a PEP when you need extra support.
•	Play individual PEPs or a compilation whenever you need a boost.
•	Share daily progress check-ins and celebrate milestones.
•	Motivators can make a real difference by encouraging people they care about, while earning recognition for their most inspiring PEPs and outstanding support.
Everyone has days when they can lift others up and days when they need a lift them-selves.

WHO CAN USE PEPREC?
•	Running clubs and training partners: support one another toward a first 10K, marathon or personal best.
•	BJJ and martial arts clubs: encourage members through regular training, belt progression and competitions.
•	Fitness groups and sports teams: keep one another involved in a shared challenge or separate personal ambitions.
•	Study groups and university cohorts: exchange encouragement during exams, semesters and graduation projects.
•	Creative circles and founder communities: keep supporting one another through long projects and difficult milestones.
•	Businesses and workplaces: Boost team morale and keep employees motivated through mutual encouragement.
•	People facing depression, addiction recovery, or difficult times: Receive personal encouragement and support from people who care about you and want to help you keep going.
•	Spiritual and religious communities: Strengthen faith, inspire personal growth, and support one another through encouragement and shared goals.

FOR INDIVIDUALS
PepRec is a motivation app for people pursuing meaningful goals who struggle to maintain their discipline and motivation over time.
Choose who you share your goal with - involve them as motivators who encourage you through personalized video or audio messages called PEPs.
Rely on their encouragement - play PEPs whenever you need a boost to stay motivated, consistent, and committed to your goals.

POSITIVE ENCOURAGEMENT, NOT EXTRA PRESSURE
PepRec is not another penalty or competition system. It's a place for genuine, personal encouragement from friends, teammates and others who care about your journey.
Your ambition may be personal. Your motivation doesn't have to be.
