## What is pepSmart?

pepSmart is a private tracker for people following a GLP-1 or peptide protocol. It remembers what you took, when you took it, how much
  is left in the vial, and how you felt afterwards, so you are not reconstructing it from memory at your next appointment.

  For research and educational purposes only. Not medical advice. pepSmart does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose, or tell you
  what to take.

  WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
  
  - Dose log with a calendar view, streaks and adherence. Backdate anything you forgot, so one missed week does not wreck your history.
  - Vial tracker that follows remaining volume, doses left and expiry from the day you open a vial, and warns you before you run out.
  - Titration tracker for a planned ladder, with phase changes recorded and a dose history that is actually readable.
  - Symptom tracker with severity, timing, and optional links to the dose or phase you were on.
  - Bloodwork log for the markers you and your clinician care about.
  - Nutrition and water logging, workouts, activity and body metrics.

  WHAT IT SHOWS YOU

  - Descriptive insights that surface co-occurrence between what you logged and how you felt. Co-occurrence is not causation, and the
  app says so rather than pretending otherwise.
  - Weight and body-metric trends over time, including rate of change.
  - Adherence and streaks, so a pattern of missed doses is visible instead of invisible.

  APPLE HEALTH

  pepSmart can read steps, distance, active energy, workouts, body weight and sleep that you explicitly choose to share, and folds them
  into your activity summaries. It does not write anything back to Health, and it never asks at launch. You grant access deliberately,
  and only for the categories you pick.

  REMINDERS
  
  Dose reminders, titration phase changes, and low-vial warnings. Notification content stays generic on the lock screen.

  PLANNING

  A stack builder for laying out a protocol, with evidence badges and interaction warnings on what you add. You can log any compound,
  including by typing your own.

  PRIVACY
  
  Your log is yours. Entries are stored against your account, never sold, and never shared with other users. Profile visibility is off
  by default. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account and its data from inside the app.

  WHO IT IS FOR

  Adults, 18 and over, who are already on a protocol and want an accurate record of it. pepSmart does not sell, source or supply any
  compound, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

  pepSmart Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks the trackers, insights, reminders and export. Payment is charged to your
  Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period,
  and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
