## What is Pepta?

Your GLP-1 routine, in one place. Pepta helps you keep track of injections, weight, appetite and how you feel each day.

• Shot schedule and history: record dates, doses and injection sites, and see your next shot day.

• Weight trends: follow your weight, BMI and changes over time.

• Daily check-ins: log appetite, mood and symptoms to look back on your experience.

• Meals and habits: keep track of meals, protein, water and walking.

• Reminders and reports: set recording reminders and review your week.

Keep your notes together, build a recording habit and look back on your history before a conversation with your clinician.

Some features require a paid subscription.

Pepta is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment or dosing advice. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
