Is simple and effective. One video a day from people who really know what they are talking about in terms of personal motivation. The videos are of athletes, performers, musicians, people who have found success through hard work, and so their advice and PEPTALKs come from a genuine place. Some are really fun (shout out Fabo)! Free version STOPS at 10 talks/days & doesn’t go any further. Don’t know if paid version unlocks unlimited at any time or just continues past the 10 days only unlocking 1 at a time still. I know this app caught me on a day where I really needed it and my normal meditation or gratitude writing just wasn’t going to cut it — I needed a little extra, that coach in my corner. I love how you can “set it and forget it” by scheduling when you want the app to notify you when your new peptalk is ready. This app is easy to use, has a beautiful FaceTime like UI, and has a great variety of inspiring pep talks from professional athletes, musicians, actors/actresses, and more. I also love that I can set up a notification to get a PEPTALK right when I wake up. Since using PEPTALK I’ve been more likely to wake up early to workout and seize my day. Every PEPTALK is less than 2 minutes so it’s very easy to adopt into your daily routine. I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs a little push to get a productive day started.
