A claim is made: Women don’t make the same money as men for the same job. This app could have helped people succeed. It doesn’t do that though. Meggie, you’ve taken five steps backwards. You can be better than this. ### 1/5 — The wage gap does not exist *2020-03-29, version 2.1* This app is trying to solve something that doesn’t exist and I think they are also removing written reviews. this app has a great idea being able to give your self confidence by writing down your accomplishments. Then you bring the wage gap into this and that where you lose Focus. Because the wage gap does not exist and that’s why you see these negative reviews. I only wish the notification function worked so I didn’t have to remember to fill in my wins. ### 3/5 — Good idea, but none of it works for my region... *2020-03-15, version 2.1* I love the idea that this app equips men and women with the ability to track their accomplishments and celebrate their wins. So often do people not properly write down accomplishments or undersell their service to a company. My biggest qualm is that, living in China, nothing loads when I try to track my first win, which I suppose is getting another year contract at my job with a 3% pay raise (as opposed to the 6% I was meant to receive, but I had to let my boss know I wasn’t interested in his sexual advances, I’m a married man with a newborn daughter), but I digress. I really wanted to track my accomplishments in such an upbeat and happy way that this app promised, but I currently can’t get it to work. I’d change the rating if it did start working in my region. ### 4/5 — Pretty good app with minor drawbacks *2023-02-07, version 2.1* The app can be great, but the prompt/notification- “what did you do this week that’d make your boss proud?” Could be improved tenfold by placing the validation back with ourselves, rather than others. I think it’s a great idea to track my own wins and successes and be able to use it to negotiate a pay raise and possibly a promotion! I’ve started noting my successes right away.
