### 4/5 — Glp concentration bug

*2026-06-14, version 1.4.1*

Home page Glp concentration is incorrect. Not sure where this figure is coming from but it’s different to the number in the medication tab which seems correct

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-06-10, version 1.4.1*

As above

### 5/5 — Couldn’t be without it

*2026-06-01, version 1.4.1*

I run a super human stack for 12 weeks at a time with 11 different compounds some daily some twice daily and some every 2nd day since using OptiPin it’s so much easier to track it even lets me know when to reorder best peptide tracker on the market

### 5/5 — Best there is.

*2026-05-28, version 1.4.1*

This app is top notch. On multiple occasions I’ve emailed support and worked with them to resolve the issue, walked me through things, and every time my issuess have been resolved. This app gets better after every update.

### 5/5 — The best

*2026-05-24, version 1.4.1*

Still setting up and finding my way around. To be honest. This app is the best. I know there is a lot that goes into developing a good app. Keep up the great work. Would be nice to see suggestions on dosage for peptides. Please.

### 5/5 — Update: Issues were fixed and really enjoy the app

*2026-05-14, version 1.4.0*

Previously I made the review as I had issues with back ups and missing entries. I’ve got the response from the developer and can confirm that everything works now. Thank you!

*2026-05-11, version 1.3.8*

Great tool

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2026-05-06, version 1.3.8*

Really great app for tracking pins, medications, inventory and even health markers. 10/10.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-05-04, version 1.3.8*

This was exactly what I was looking for to track my dosing protocol for various medicines.

### 5/5 — This WILL become the biggest shot Tracking app.

*2026-05-02*

Worth the price - no other app lets you track your prescribed T AND peptides among other medications… especially not the way this one does.

### 5/5 — Great tool track meds and injections

*2026-04-27, version 1.3.6*

I’m a customer for life. Use it for TRT and prescriptions

### 5/5 — Best option

*2026-04-26, version 1.3.6*

Scheduling, changing schedules, and accessing data (like history and insights on daily check-ins) can still be a little clunky, but OptiPin is the best cycle tracker out.

### 5/5 — Great for all MEDS

*2026-04-23, version v.1.3.5*

Love it! Not only can I long and track peptide injections, But I can also use it for other injections, nasal sprays, and other medications!

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2026-04-21, version v.1.3.5*

This app is great. And, the support is amazing as well. When questions arise, support is quick to help, and implement any changes that may be required.

Great app, great support, do recommend.

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-04-15, version v1.3.4*

Best app ever has everything you need

### 5/5 — A must have

*2026-04-13, version v1.3.4*

Been tracking my peptides and TRT with the app for a while. Helps with consistency without always having to put a reminder. Tells you when to reorder based on your stock. Titration , cycle length, everything is there. Very affordable pricing for the year also. 10/10 would recommend !

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-04-12, version v1.3.4*

Love this app

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Loses medications

*2026-02-16*

This is a very unreliable app. It loses medications, history. Backup is unreliable (i have current and 7 days ago). Do not recommend

### 1/5 — Not intuitive

*2025-11-21, version 0.9.9*

Cannot figure out how to log a GLP-1 injection. I love all the data the app can track but it’s not at all intuitive.

### 1/5 — Bugs a lot

*2025-10-19, version 0.9.3*

After purchasing the yearly subscription I found there are several medications that are bugged for example Reta you can’t select a custom dosage… I closed the app and open it again and still not working

### 1/5 — Look elsewhere

*2025-09-26*

Data disappears even with backups. When restoring backups prior doses and dates are gone and have to start over. Extremely frustrating. Also, baseline T level never stays and has to be manually input each time checking estimated levels.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you've been experiencing difficulties. iCloud backups have been implemented and changes have been made to ensure more consistent backup and import as the CSV method had an error in certain cases in one app release. Please reach out to support@vitaloom.xyz and can help get you back on track.

### 1/5 — Could be good

*2025-06-06, version 0.5.2*

Clearly designed for men and very buggy.

### 2/5 — Look elsewhere

*2026-03-01*

Unfortunately, app is very unreliable. You add a medication and it drops on of previous. You think- no problem, i have a backup. But last backup is 7 days old :(. Bugs for such basic functionality is not acceptable. And, yes, both issues happened multiple times, not a one time glitch

**Developer response:** I’m really sorry to hear this happened.

That is not expected behavior and I’m actively working to improve data integrity and backup reliability to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you’re willing, please reach out to support@vitaloom.xyz so I can look into your specific case.

### 2/5 — Keeps losing medications and just randomly changing schedule and stuff despite not touching it

*2026-02-25, version 1.2.5*

App is great besides this one annoying feature that’s making me want to unsubscribe. Why does it keep doing that? I don’t change anything and it just randomly decides to change schedule and mix up medication dosages, etc.

### 3/5 — Glp concentration bug

*2026-03-27, version 1.2.8*

Home page Glp concentration is incorrect. Not sure where this figure is coming from but it’s different to the number in the medication tab which seems correct

### 3/5 — Glitchy

*2026-02-11, version 1.2.0*

Really want to like this app because it's hard to find a comprehensive one like this, but medications will just suddenly disappear and you'll lose your history, sometimes when you put a medication in, it will make up a previous start date and log a bunch of doses .

### 3/5 — Good for the most part.

*2025-09-10, version 0.8.5*

App works well and has nice features. Couple of things that I wish it had to compete with others is
1: be able to add a vial from the peptide calculator, it would be awesome to be able to add your peptide or blends and calculate the dosage then just hit save!
2: Have a peptide library with some basic info about each one and what can mix. Also have common blends that’s on the market. A bonus would be able to look at the library and add your vial into currently taking straight from there!
All in all, good app but more would make it great!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best peptide/TRT tracker hands down

*2026-08-02, version 1.5.1*

This is the best peptide and TRT tracking app I’ve used. Clean interface, solid dose calculator, and the injection log actually makes sense for daily use.
I emailed the developers asking for IU support and another inventory feature. They had both ready and rolled them out in the next update. That level of responsiveness is rare. Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Just what I was looking for

*2026-08-01, version 1.5.1*

This app tracks every medication, peptide, supplement, and intervention in my protocol — what I take, on which day, and at what time. Without it I’d be winging the whole stack. With it, consistency is automatic.

### 5/5 — Better than I imagined

*2026-07-31, version 1.5.1*

Really easy to use , helps with dosing and tells you how many units to draw. So good

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2026-07-22, version 1.4.3*

Best app ever just what I needed to track everything

### 5/5 — Best app ever esp for Menopause Brain Fog!

*2026-07-11, version 1.4.2*

Was looking for an app so I wasn’t messaging my telegram group constantly for questions! This app is amazing! Not only does it give all the info you need to reminds you not just when to take but how much and also where you pinned. Without it my menopause brain would not remember! And maths is not my strong point so the reconstitute section is invaluable! Other than social media this is my most used app!

### 5/5 — The best I’ve found

*2026-06-20, version 1.4.1*

Tried a lot of trackers. OptiPin has consistently been the most useful. Inventory tracking is very useful and helps manage a complex function. Plan to be a paid subscriber for the foreseeable future.

### 5/5 — So far So Goid

*2026-06-18, version 1.4.1*

Just started using it but it’s great for keeping track of your injection spots with different medications. I’m still learning the app.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal app

*2026-06-17, version 1.4.1*

I was starting with a few different apps to determine the best one for me. This one blew the other away. Super flexible, lots of educational tools. Advanced Injection site tracking which is importance when you pin things individually instead of as a blend.

Had a support question and it was responded to almost immediately, with concern for real resolution which is rare.

To “sync” from one device to another on Apple products I have to do it through ICloud backups but not a huge deal once I figured it out. When doing this inventory doesn’t update but my understanding from the developer is that this is being worked on and an update is waiting on review. Part of it is keeping your data private and in one location so only you can access it.

I would advise to put it on the device you use most for now to get the most out of it.

The scheduling, TRT level tracking, and ability to bring in your labs and take that in consideration is awesome. Will keep using this one for sure. Highly recommend!!

### 5/5 — Best app

*2026-06-15, version 1.4.1*

Awesome app for tracking and logging. Interface is sleek and loads of features. Lots of customisation available and includes all possible injection sites. Love it and have paid for premium

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-06-11, version 1.4.1*

An amazing app does everything needed 👍the developer also asks for feedback back and makes changes where possible 😊
