It has everything I need in one place, including protocol scheduling, cycle tracking, inventory management, and titration tools. If you’re new to 🌶️, there’s a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly helpful. The developer is fantastic, too. He’s clearly invested in making this a solid app. I’ve reached out several times with questions and suggestions, and he’s always been responsive, receptive, and genuinely interested in user feedback. I used a different app before this one and this one is far superior in my opinion, especially when you consider the amazing pricing. I wanted privacy and didn’t want yet another subscription service I’m endlessly paying for. So far I have seen this app grow leaps and bounds from where it started and each update continues to make the experience better and better. It’s easy to store and track all of my different protocols and I love the insights and tracking that help me achieve my goals. ### 5/5 — Awesome App *2026-05-05* You can not beat this app for a one time purchase of $4.99. It’s constantly updated and they are fixing it and adding new features. How I don’t know because it already has almost anything you can think of when it comes to medication dosing, HRT, Peptide reconstitutions with multiple peps and the amount you want. It’s fully adjustable. You can set up schedules for everything with reminders and cycles on and off peptides or HRT. It links to the health app and other health apps to track your progress overtime. Can track your bloodwork results and it will all be graphed out. Same with your weight, mood, hunger, energy, libido, blood pressure, basically everything. This app has made my life so much easier and it’s clearly from someone who uses it themselves for it to be this good at a very reasonable price. I use the app myself and rather dislike subscriptions so my goal is just to provide as much value as I can to as many people as possible. I think the abundance mindset will reap rewards. Please let me know if there’s feature or improvements you’d like. Knowing how people use the app is helpful for me. Or improvements in flow and reducing clicks. Next up is a full featured symptom tracking system. And beyond that I’m open to suggestions. Maybe a dashboard and onboarding help tutorial since that is long overdue. And more medication presets. I’m also working to refine the insights tab to surface better correlations when things like weight or lean mass are trending with a specific medication. User friendly and simple to use. Although, I will say that it’s not flawless. When I edit protocols , it doesn’t always save it even though I did. Hope you check it out and would love a re-review if that fixes your issue! ### 4/5 — Don’t want to guess *2026-06-19* Today is my first day using so this could be user error, but I want to tell the calculator either what I want on the syringe or tell it the amount I want and it tell me what to put on the syringe. If I have to put in both, why do I need a calculator. **Developer response:** Hi Scott, thanks for the feedback. You only have to use one or the other. In Calculator, use Dose when you know the amount and want syringe units calculated, or Syringe Units when you want to start from a syringe marking and it'll calculate and auto fill the BAC water amount for you. For already-mixed liquid, choose Premixed Vial. Once it’s working for you, I’d really appreciate an updated review! Days get blurred together ### 4/5 — Logging doses across multiple devices *2026-01-06* Great app, has calculator for dosing, schedule colander, all great… But will not sync logged doses across multiple apps which is really frustrating! iPad at house, iPhone on the go but they don’t synch logged doses at all just schedule and protocols. Need to fix that please. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for using the app and feedback. I’m happy the help fix this issue - if you could go to settings > send feedback with logs - I’ll check it out and push a fix. iCloud sync has had a lot of recent changes and upgrading to 2.3.7 might also help. This one was the best ne u kept finding myself circling back to. This is by far the most intuitive w every feature you need to stay on your protocols, cycles and inventory. Great job ### 5/5 — Great calculator and tracker *2026-07-05* Almost perfect, for tracking different protocols and sites it’s amazing, I like the trends and tracking done and it’s super easy to check calendar and view past and future doses. My only complaint was trying to do titration schedules was a bit difficult to do custom steps on a certain interval and when I decided to back down on one med it didn’t recalculate the schedule based on my reduced protocol so I had to delete and redo it, but if you are more of a standard user you can’t be this app or the price of one a small one time buy, thanks dev as I tried tons of different apps and this was the best and didn’t have a stupid reoccurring monthly. **Developer response:** I really appreciate the honest feedback and 5 star review. I have some improvements and bug fixes coming in 2.7.9 to titration and it’s an area I’m hoping to make even easier with presets soon. The app has grown a lot due to user feedback and I’ll appreciate all input and strive to make the most affordable and comprehensive peptide and medication app available. I can edit any entry, easily adjust inventory, and easily log a current (or past/forgotten) dose.
