## What is Peptide Tracker Log & Reminder?

Stop juggling spreadsheets, notes, reminders, and reconstitution calculators.

Peptide Tracker gives you one place to manage your entire peptide protocol. Build your stack, track every dose, manage vials and supplies, monitor injection sites, visualize estimated plasma levels, follow your progress, and connect with people using the same compounds.

Whether you're managing one peptide or a complex stack, Peptide Tracker keeps everything organized and easy to understand.

TRACK YOUR PROTOCOL

Build Your Stack
Create protocols with custom doses, schedules, frequencies, and durations. Add common peptides in seconds or create your own custom compounds.

Log Every Dose
Record scheduled or past doses, add notes, track injection sites, and edit entries anytime. When you correct a dose or change the vial it came from, your inventory updates automatically.

Manage Vials and Supplies
Keep track of mixed and unmixed vials, concentrations, remaining volume, blend components, bacteriostatic water, and other supplies. Reconstitute a vial right in the app and always know what you have on hand.

See Your Estimated Levels
Visualize how each compound builds and fades over time with an estimated plasma level curve based on your logged doses and the compound's half-life.

Stay on Schedule
Optional reminders help you stay consistent. See taken, skipped, and missed doses at a glance, follow your week with a simple checklist, and watch your consistency build a night sky you can share.

FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS

Track Your Weight
Log your weight over time, follow the trend, and see your progress alongside the protocols you're running.

Compare Progress Photos
Take consistent progress photos with alignment tools that help you match your framing each time. Browse your photos by month, compare any two side by side, and share the result.

Review Your History
Browse your complete dose history in a calendar and quickly see what you took, when you took it, and which protocol it belonged to.

BUILT-IN PEPTIDE TOOLS

Use built-in calculators for reconstitution, syringe-unit conversions, premixed blends, and half-life estimates without leaving the app.

CONNECT WITH PEOPLE ON THE SAME COMPOUNDS

Ask questions and hear from people who have actually used the compounds you're researching or tracking.

Share your own experience through structured answers, reply directly to others, and continue the conversation in open threads with quotes and mentions. Everyone participates under a username rather than a real name, with reporting, blocking, and community notes built in.

LEARN AND EXPLORE

Browse educational content covering peptide basics and use the Peptide Assistant for general peptide information.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Your protocol and progress are yours. Export your data by contacting us at any time or delete your account directly from the app.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.18.0 — 2026-09-08

Everything you need. 100% free. No subscription. No paywall.

Version 2.18.0 adds Pulse, a founding member beta, an overdue dose review, and a redesigned Sky.

Pulse shows weight, body fat, blood pressure, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, steps, calories, and nutrition next to your doses. Connect Apple Health once and your readings sync every time you open the app. You can also type a reading by hand, correct one that synced, and open any metric to see its chart shaded by the days a compound ran. Founding members open Pulse from the new card on Today. Pulse opens to everyone in October. Join as a founding member to get in now.

Today now shows how many doses you have overdue. Review them one card at a time. Log each one, skip it, or mark it missed. Each card opens on the day the dose was due. Protocol details has the same review for that protocol alone.

Your Sky now gives each protocol its own star. Swipe back through your weeks, where logged doses add beams of light and quiet weeks keep their place. Use the arrows to move between protocols and see how long each has run. A new protocol starts as a cloud, lights up with the first logged dose, and forms a star with the second.

### 2.17.0 — 2026-09-01

Everything you need. 100% free. No subscription. No paywall.

Version 2.17.0 adds more ways to organize your stack and make Peptide Tracker work the way you do.

You can now give each protocol its own color. Choose from eight colors or stick with the default, and you'll see that color across Today, Stack, and your dose history. It's an easy way to tell protocols apart when you're running more than one.

You can also reorder your active protocols and keep the ones you check most at the top. The order you choose stays the same across the app.

And you can now choose whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday. This is especially useful outside the U.S., where Monday is commonly the first day of the week. Your choice applies across dose history, protocol schedules, and other calendar views throughout the app.

### 2.16.0 — 2026-08-25

Everything you need. 100% free. No subscription. No paywall.

Version 2.16.0 adds restoring a discarded vial or supply and moving an ended protocol back to paused.

When you discard a vial or supply by mistake, you can now restore it from its detail screen. A vial with liquid left returns in use and an empty one returns depleted. None of your logged doses change.

An ended protocol can now move back to paused. Open the protocol, choose Move to paused, and it returns to your paused list ready to resume.

### 2.15.0 — 2026-08-24

Everything you need. 100% free. No subscription. No paywall.

Version 2.15.0 adds guided protocol and supply setup, split doses across two vials, custom compounds and blends, and a calendar that follows the day you took a dose.

When you create a protocol, the app now asks how you measure your dose and only shows the units that match. That keeps you from mixing up how much drug you take with the marks on a syringe. When you add the supply you draw from, the app only lets you pick something your dose can actually come out of. You find out while setting up, not the first time you try to log a dose.

A single dose sometimes needs more liquid than the vial in use still holds. When that happens the log screen now offers to split the dose across two vials, the way you would drain one vial and pull the rest from a second into the same syringe. Pick the second vial and the app walks you through both draws with their own syringe markings, and the dose reads back as a split everywhere you see it later.

Custom compounds now have a home in Settings under Profile. You can see every custom compound you own, rename one, give it a half-life, add notes, or delete it, and you can create a new one from scratch, either a single or a blend of two to five components. Compound search also got better at finding what the library already carries. A name like SS-31 or AOD-9604 now turns up whether or not you type the hyphen.

The dose history calendar now places each dose on the day you actually took it rather than the day it was scheduled. A dose you logged after midnight for the previous evening lands on the day you took it and notes which day it was planned for, and the original day keeps a faint marker you can tap to open the logged dose. To move a dose to a different day, open it and change the date.

### 2.14.0 — 2026-08-20

Everything you need. 100% free. No subscription. No paywall.

Version 2.14.0 adds vial volume adjustments, injection site groups, and Connect bookmarks.

Open a vial and you will see its full volume history. It shows the amount the vial started with, every dose drawn from it, and how much was left after each one. If the remaining volume in the app does not match what you can see in the vial, you can enter the real amount. The app records the adjustment as its own entry without changing any of your logged doses.

You can also group your injection sites now. Create a group, add the sites you want, and assign it to a protocol. This is useful if, for example, you want separate site rotations for subcutaneous and intramuscular protocols. When the app suggests where to inject next, it will only use sites from that protocol's assigned group. Protocols without a group continue using all of your sites, just like before.

Connect now has upvotes and bookmarks. You can upvote replies and save any question or reply for later. Saved posts show up under Saved in the You tab.
