## What is PeptideLab?

Serious tracking for peptides, GLP-1, TRT & HRT — plus the bloodwork to see what actually changed.

PeptideLab is a precision instrument for people who track their own peptide, GLP-1, HRT, and TRT protocols. Log a dose in a few taps or let scheduled protocols run on auto-pilot. Import lab reports and DEXA scans. Turn a finished cycle into a clean, doctor-ready report — labs included. Track a partner's protocols under the same roof, completely separately. Local-first and private — no efficacy claims, no gamification, no guilt.

TRACK PROTOCOLS
• The largest compound database in any tracker — peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, supplements
• Dose logging in seconds, with injection-site rotation and titration schedules
• Reconstitution and draw-volume arithmetic from the concentration you enter — your numbers, your math, shown transparently.
• Vault inventory: fridge, freezer, and shelf zones, cap-color marking, and supply runway tied to your protocols
• Cycle calendar, adherence history, and a Cycle Verdict when a protocol ends

TRACK YOUR HOUSEHOLD
• Add a partner with their own protocols, logs, bloodwork, and insights — completely separate from yours, under one membership
• One tap switches the whole app between people; a distinct background color always shows whose data you're viewing
• Dose reminders carry your partner's name
• One shared Vault — vials link to either person's protocols and say so

UNDERSTAND YOUR BLOODWORK
• Import lab PDFs or photos — values land in a review queue where you confirm every number before it counts
• Trends across every report you own, even across labs: units are standardized automatically (nmol/L and ng/dL finally on one chart), and the original printed values are always preserved and shown
• Urinalysis results tracked alongside blood panels
• Reference ranges shown are the ones printed on YOUR report — the app never substitutes its own
• Optional Pro overlay: reference ranges from published clinical literature, each with its source cited on screen, clearly labeled as educational — never a diagnosis
• DEXA scan import: body-fat %, lean mass and more become baselines and trends
• Doctor-Ready PDF: your protocols, adherence, dose history, and lab work — with your labs' printed ranges — in one clinical document

LOG WHAT YOU EAT
• An AI food log: type or photograph a meal, review the estimate, correct anything, then approve
• You confirm every entry — nothing is logged without your review
• Repeat meals become one-tap chips; recipes, gram-to-cup conversion, daily protein and calorie targets you set yourself

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Local-first: your data lives on your device, with optional encrypted cloud backup you control
• Export your data as CSV anytime, free
• No ads, no data sales, no social feed

WHAT PEPTIDELAB IS NOT
PeptideLab is a personal record-keeping and education tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It never recommends, suggests, or adjusts doses, compounds, or protocols — every protocol in the app is one you enter yourself. Reference ranges displayed with your results are the ones printed on your own lab reports; optional educational ranges are cited to published literature and are clearly marked as non-diagnostic. Always consult a licensed clinician before you start, change, or stop any protocol or supplement.

PeptideLab Pro (subscription) unlocks household profiles, cross-report trends, AI lab reports, the Doctor-Ready PDF, the food photo estimator, and the Lab Assistant. Core tracking and CSV export are free, forever.

### 5/5 — Everything you need in one app

*2026-08-22*

Tried different apps but they always fall short. This one has it all.

**Developer response:** Thank you! That’s exactly what we set out to build - one place that brings everything together without needing multiple apps. Really appreciate the support!

### 5/5 — Phenomenal tracker

*2026-08-22*

To say this peptide tracker is phenomenal is quite an understatement. It tracks EVERYTHING you can think of… and MORE! Trust the process and try it out. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, you’ll wonder why you were tracking any other way. The creator (Em) listens to the consumers and he’s constantly updating as the consumer shares or asks questions. I’m so glad I downloaded this app. It’s making my health journey so much easier!

**Developer response:** Thank you for the incredible review. Building PeptideLab around what people actually need has been the goal from day one, so feedback like this means a lot. I’m always listening, and there’s much more to come. Thank you for being part of it!

### 5/5 — The Most Custom & Detailed App!

*2026-08-15*

This app is incredible. You can immediately tell how much thought, time, and attention to detail went into creating it. It’s exceptionally thorough, yet still easy to use.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility—you can customize it to be as simple or as detailed as you want, depending on your needs. The creator clearly understands what users are looking for and built something that is both practical and incredibly well thought out.

Outstanding work. This is one of those apps that makes you wonder how you managed without it!

**Developer response:** Thanks Justin.

Simple or detailed depending on what you need is the hardest thing to get right and the easiest to get wrong, so good to hear it from someone using it daily. Most of what's changed in the last few releases came from users telling us what was getting in their way, so if you hit a spot where something feels heavier than it needs to be, tell us and we'll look at it.

Appreciate you taking the time to write this out. 🤝

### 5/5 — A developer that listens

*2026-08-13*

This app is great. There is a community where the developer asks for feedback and implements it into the app. Not much more you can ask for in a dev team.

**Developer response:** Thanks. Most of what’s shipped in the last few releases started with someone telling me a bit of it was annoying. I read everything that comes in and it usually turns into a release fairly quickly.

Lucky to have the people who bother to tell me.

### 5/5 — EXCELLENT PEPTIDE, HORMONE AND DAILY STACK TRACKER

*2026-08-13*

Great app and getting better all the time. Is simple enough to use but has a ton of advance features and tools. Import blood work while keeping privacy. See how it shows up against your protocols. Tracks your inventory, testosterone in system. All the bells and whistles. Tech support is super responsive also. Industrial grade app for personal use. Can even track another user as well.

**Developer response:** Thanks, this is a good one to read.
“simple-but-deep” is useful to hear from someone actually using it daily.

“Industrial grade app for personal use” is going straight on something, like the company tshirt.

### 5/5 — Everything I need!

*2026-08-05*

Still maneuvering my way around the app but so far it’s everything I need and want. Brilliant app.

**Developer response:** Thank you, that's lovely to read.

On still finding your way around, that's fair, there's a fair amount in there. If you hit something you can't find, message me and I'll point you at it. Half the time it ends with me realising it's buried and moving it.

### 5/5 — The Most Comprehensive Tracker, Without the Complexity

*2026-08-05*

Tried several peptide trackers before settling on PeptideLab, and it’s the clear winner.

Most others fell into one of two traps: either the setup was too complicated for what should be a simple daily tool, or they were too basic — missing things like vault features or built-in reconstitution/dose calculators. A few didn’t even have the compound I’m using as an option.

PeptideLab nails the balance. It’s comprehensive without being a hassle to set up, the UI is clean, and the sharing options for stacks and recipes are genuinely useful. Highly recommend if you’ve been frustrated with other trackers.

**Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time on this one.

The compound library point is worth underlining for anyone else reading. If something you're running isn't in the list, message me and I'll get it added, and the same goes for anything that looks wrong to you. Usually a few days rather than a few months.

And good to hear the sharing cards are getting used. Thank you so much!

### 5/5 — Game Changer for Tracking Peptides & Biohacking

*2026-07-21*

Finally, an app that lets me seamlessly track supplements, peptides, diet, and lab work all in one central hub. Staying consistent with dosing used to be a challenge, but PeptideLab makes it effortless to stay on schedule and get the absolute most out of my routine. Essential app for anyone taking their optimization seriously!

**Developer response:** Thank you! The "all in one place" thing was the whole reason I built it — I was juggling a spreadsheet, Apple Notes, and my memory before this. Glad the scheduling is doing its job for you.

Anything bugs you or seems missing, just email me: support@peptidelabapp.com. — Em

### 5/5 — Great peptide tracker

*2026-07-17*

Tried a few peptide trackers, this one has an amazing set of features. Easy to use yet has a lot of features geared to heavy peptide users. Can track anything from Reta to mots-c to wolverine to some obscure ones I never heard of. The vault - inventory tracker is unmatched!!!

**Developer response:** Ha, this one made me smile — the Vault is honestly the feature I was most unsure anyone would care about, so “unmatched” is great to hear. And yeah, the compound library goes deep on purpose — heavy users were exactly who we built this for.

If you ever hit a compound it doesn’t know, tell me and I’ll add it — support@peptidelabapp.com goes straight to me. Thanks for writing this. — Em

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2026-07-09*

Wanted something that can track my blood labs during and after zepbound and a couple of other peptides and honestly impressed. It has way more features than I expected, but somehow it’s still really easy to use. Everything is organized well and makes keeping track of doses super simple. Really glad I found this app.

**Developer response:** This is awesome to read, thanks. Honestly the “easy to use” part is the thing I stress about most, so it’s really good to hear it’s landing that way.

If it ever gets annoying anywhere, just email me — support@peptidelabapp.com. Glad you found it. — Em

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.12 — 2026-08-26

Different doses on different days. Open Edit Protocol → Advanced dosing to set a per-weekday - supply and runway math follow along.
• One testosterone picture. Injections and orals combine into a single modeled level.
• Tell the app which syringes you stock - 30, 50, or 100 unit. Draw cards show your barrel and warn you if a dose won't fit in one pull.
• Biological Age reads labs by collection date, so a panel split across PDFs counts as one draw - and every marker now shows the reference it's compared against.
• Search knows brand names: type Ozempic, find semaglutide.
• Fixes: the glucose chart no longer blanks after unlocking your phone, plus stability improvements on first launch after updating.

### 2.2.11 — 2026-08-24

PROGRESS PHOTOS
- Add pictures you took before you installed the app. Pick several at once, assign each a pose, and every one lands on the date it was actually taken
- Location data is removed from every imported photo before it is saved.

CREAMS & PATCHES
- Transdermal doses get their own application-site map: nine thin-skin regions, front and back, recorded the same way injection sites always were.

VAULT
- some updates that our users requested

GLUCOSE
- Scheduled doses appear on the day's curve as a shaded region, and only when the schedule states a real time.

FIXES
- Long button labels shorten instead of collapsing to unreadable text.

PeptideLab records what you choose to track. It never recommends a dose, a compound, or a protocol. Talk to your clinician before changing anything.

### 2.2.10 — 2026-08-23

• Share a vial or pen across household profiles — one reservoir, everyone's draws tracked
• Connect FreeStyle Libre directly and see your glucose day, zoomable down to the hour
• Snap a photo of a kit box and it lands in your Vault, labels already read
• Sign in with a 6-digit emailed code
• Household profiles now stay in sync across all your devices
• Libre history rides your cloud backup, so a reinstall keeps every curve

### 2.2.9 — 2026-08-20

Households can share a vial. When two people draw from the same pen, supply and runway count both of them.
Every blend in the Library now opens to a full page: what it is, what each compound is doing in that mix, and what the evidence actually covers, including where it doesn't.
The glucose day view carries meals and workouts on the same curve as your readings.
Apple Health weigh-ins that were never logged can be claimed as readings in one step, instead of one tap per day.
Also in this release: email sign-in fixes and a set of smaller corrections.

### 2.2.8 — 2026-08-16

• Log a meal and place it at the exact time you ate - tap the time on any entry and slide the ruler, or drag the marker right on the day chart. Food is linked to your glucose.
• Day view, sharper: zoom to the last 1, 3, or 6 hours, jump in straight from the glucose report, and edit any entry without leaving the chart.
• Ready-mixed vials now know where they live. Vault organized better.
• Backdated meals land on the right day, marked with an honest "~" until you set the real time.
• Steadier sensor connections.
