The vial inventory and reconstitution math are the core of why - it keeps my protocols and remaining supply straight without me having to babysit a spreadsheet. A big one for me is that I can use it on both my phone and my computer; entering complicated protocols is so much easier on the computer, then I have everything with me on my phone. The Claim Auditor is also really helpful. Being able to check health claims against actual research instead of taking influencers at their word is a feature I didn't know I needed. What really sold me, though, is the developer. I sent in a feature request the first day I used it and it was built and shipped the next day with back and fourth email communication throughout.
