There is no contact support other than pre filled FAQ type windows 2 of which have no recent info (2024 and april 2026). Balance of staked Algo shows one thing but when it comes to unstaking the balance drops substantially. No explanation-no where to ask why. And then there is the age question to verify the user is of an appropriate age! Basically it is disappointing to have to use it. It has a super clean and intuitive interface, self custodial security done right (Your keys stay on your device), it's fully open-source, has a direct fiat on ramp to buy ALGO or USDC with your form of payment, easy staking and governance participation methods, and many more great features. If you're new to Algorand, blockchain, and self custodial wallets, or tired of clunky wallets on other chains, you should try Pera Wallet!
