Also, it took an unbelievable amount of time to enter goals and schedules, and all of that was deleted as well. I’m not using this app anymore. I tried to contact support, but received no response. I wish I could get my money and time back. **Developer response:** I'm sorry, but we don't recall receiving your email. Did you back up your data? If so, you can restore from backup. Also, did you schedule repeating sessions? If not, you should try it, so you can quickly schedule weekly sessions for your students. ### 1/5 — App crashing *2018-09-04* I loved this app until it started crashing. Now that I have spent tons of time entering goals, setting up students and tracking data everything is gone and with the app crashing I can’t access anything. **Developer response:** Version 2.4.4 has a fix for the crash. If so, please update the app to version 2.4.4, then you can do a restore from backup. ### 3/5 — Good for data; poor for syncing between devices *2025-09-02* 5/5 for clear and easy to use data-taking. 1/5 for syncing because it doesn't sync between iOS devices, which creates significant issues if you switch between devices for data collection. ### 3/5 — Export *2019-02-13* How do I export and graph etc??? I’m not seeing that option. **Developer response:** You can export data for one student or all of your students. Tap the action button (arrow coming out of box) on the Students and Student screens. In regards to graphing, go to a student's Goal screen, then tap on the chart button in the top right corner. ### 4/5 — Good app overall *2023-08-04* I really love how convenient and easy to work this app is. Just wish there was a way to keep track of session data all in one place rather than in separate visits which can get very cluttered. I would love to be able to see a graph of progress for each individual goal. Otherwise, great app for tracking data points while also being mobile which is a MUST working with toddlers! ### 4/5 — ALMOST perfect *2019-10-14* If this would accommodate split screen view on my iPad Pro is would be perfect. I love the live tallying and not having to calculate percentage. One other update I would consider is allowing session data to be exported to excel or google sheets so it is easier to read. Thank you also for the positive feedback! ### 4/5 — Best Datakeeping App for SLPs *2015-11-19* Percentally has been a wonderful tool for me as a school-based SLP. The app makes it easy to have student’s goals handy, to keep data in a consistent way from session to session, and to keep track of the service minutes. I have high standards for my apps, and I love it and highly recommend it for SLPs across settings. It’s going to make your life SO much easier come progress report/ re-evaluation time. What I like best is that you can keep data on prompted vs. unprompted responses, and that you can choose to keep percentage data on a goal OR a raw tally. Having used it for several weeks now, I think the following would take this app from helpful to essential: 1. The ability to write a note on a group session that is independent from each student’s note. I like to take notes on the session as a whole (the activities we did, the materials that would have helped, behaviors between students) to help me plan for the next session. 2. The ability to import data from, or sync with other therapists. I have an assistant and would love for us to share the same info on two iPads. 3. A cleaner way to look at the data. It’d be nice to mark a goal “not addressed” in a session so we don’t have a bunch of 0%s to contend with on the exported file. It would be great if the app could generate graphs showing progress on a goal, with the ability to export the graph. It would also be nice to somehow be able to see all data on a goal so far within the app during a session, without having to look at individual session dates. 4. A feature that tracks the number of sessions provided so far, and that reports how many you have completed and how many you have left. That way school therapists can enter the number of sessions per month, semester, etc. that must be completed, or clinical therapists can enter the number of visits approved by insurance or that are on their plan of care, and the app will show you how many you’ve done and how many you have left to complete in a given time period. 5. The ability to embed subgoals under a main goal. E.g. have a main /r/ goal, then be able to expand and collapse to address /r/ word initially, /r/ blends, vocalic /r/, initial word position, medial word position, final word position, etc. 6. The ability to mark a goal as met, rather than having to delete it from the student’s profile so you don’t see it as an active goal during a session. This app has made such a difference in tracking student goals and data. I’m not exaggerating when I say that Percentally has been a lifesaver! I no longer have data sheets scattered all over, and I can easily reference past sessions when it comes time to update progress monitoring and bill for Medicaid. I love that I can program in my schedule so that my groups automatically pull up. The ability to export data from specific starting and end dates made writing progress reports a breeze. I also love the beautiful graphs that it generates.
