### 4/5 — Cool sim

*2026-06-24, version 2.4.4*

But idk why the retrain button doesn’t work on my iPhone 13? Or is there another way to do it?

### 2/5 — Painfully slow progression

*2026-05-31, version 2.4.4*

After weeks of playing the game the pace is abysmal. I’ve had lots of idle games over the years and they all provide something to DO. This one is so slow that any progress made is done during offline hours. You log in after five hours of waiting and you might be able to incrementally increase your rep rate by 0.0001% (not an exaggeration). Reviews are paid for.

### 2/5 — Nothing to do

*2025-11-15, version 2.4.3*

Wait 3 days just to get the the second retrain and 20 upgrades, while doing nothing in between

### 2/5 — Underwhelming

*2025-08-28, version 2.4.2*

I was kinda hoping the nodes and their interactions were meaningful in some way, I was profoundly disillusioned by the fact that they weren’t doing anything much at all

### 2/5 — Slow

*2025-04-11, version 2.4.1*

Incredibly slow and boring

### 4/5 — Confusing

*2025-04-05, version 2.4.1*

Really really really really confusing game. It will take more than 2 months of real time to really make progress in this. Developers should notice that in the game before it starts…

### 2/5 — soooo slow

*2025-04-01, version 2.4.0*

Im like 4 months into playing. This game is so excruciatingly slow. It would probably take me another month just to get to the next retrain.
I don't want to prestige either because then i have to go through that whole long boring process again because of the way the prestige system works. So honestly instead of prestiging and wasting 2 months to get back to where I was or waiting to get to the next retrain, I will just uninstall and free myself of this game.

### 3/5 — Kinda fun

*2024-12-16, version 2.4.0*

I enjoyed it for a while, spent like 2 month playing. It just gets to a point where it realllyyy drags. Idk at some point it’s not fun to wait an entire day with overclock, watch an ad to double what I earned, then use that rep to get one thing and make effectively no progress. Can’t justify playing it anymore and glad I didn’t spend money. Maybe if you could sell some of the nodes back for slightly less then you payed for them it would move the right amount faster. Otherwise it’s just grinding ads to keep the boost on and days of waiting. Really appreciate that the ads are “optional” though! Don’t think it’s feasible to play without the overclock but it’s nice to have the illusion of freedom of choice.

### 4/5 — Confusing, but definitely informative

*2024-06-23, version 2.3.6*

okay so like the title says, it’s confusing and very grindy, in terms of exciting gameplay it’s lacking, but it definitely has a lot of love from the developers in the form of little informative tidbits of info that pop up alongside the gameplay when you reset, it takes a while to grasp and most times is just a static screen, but it is very entertaining when you get close to a sort of goalpoint and especially when you do the prestige type thing, it also teaches you about baseline web mechanics which i thought was really interesting

### 4/5 — Too much friction in early game

*2024-04-17, version 2.3.6*

Maybe my feelings will change later, but in the meantime the game is such a slog. Still, cool concept. I’m holding out hope.

### 5/5 — A very inspiring app

*2024-03-07, version 2.3.4*

As i started to develop my own neural network I thought it would be funny to try this game. But I was surprised with how much dedication it was created and I really learned a lot while playing. And in my case it was the first app where I learned something new. Enjoyable incremental gameplay without annoying ads.

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-02-20, version 2.3.4*

Love the depth

### 2/5 — Just terrible pacing

*2024-02-08, version 2.3.4*

I’ve played dozens of games in this genre, this one is just… agonizingly slow and not worth it in the slightest. Spend your time elsewhere, please just trust me.

### 5/5 — Yes

*2023-12-30, version 2.3.3*

I have a question if you want to call.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Boring

*2026-06-30, version 2.4.4*

It’s like watching paint dry. Pacing sucks

### 1/5 — Miserable pacing, easy to get stuck

*2025-05-16, version 2.4.1*

This is the slowest paced idle game I’ve ever played. It introduces new ideas just frequently enough to make you think “oh, now it’s going to get good” … but no, each new idea just keeps the pace from slowing down to completely unplayable. Also, the lack of clarity around how key mechanics work makes it hard to understand what correct strategy is in some cases. This is doubly bad because poor strategy can get you stuck, in some cases potentially unfixably stuck.

Just avoid this game. Best case, you’ll be bored immediately. Worst case, you’ll be chasing a vision of a fun, well-crafted experience that never quite arrives.

### 1/5 — Fake reviews

*2024-11-16, version 2.3.7*

This game has three tabs and all you do is wait and repeat. No rewards for prestige, just don’t try that game

### 1/5 — Plagiarism galore

*2024-05-15, version 2.3.6*

Exponential Idle has been ripped off clean and simple, simply play both games for a second to see for yourself.

### 1/5 — Just bad

*2024-02-24, version 2.3.4*

Linear upgrades that scale exponentially in cost. The whole premise is that it’s a neural network. But nothing ever scales

### 1/5 — play this game if you enjoy watching paint dry

*2024-01-07, version 2.3.3*

By far the worst game i’ve ever played, have reset a 3-4 times within 2 weeks. Don’t download if you plan on actually being able to play the game

### 1/5 — Way too slow

*2023-08-08, version 2.3.1*

Almost two days in and I have only reset once. That’s how slow the game is. This is an Idle game… no kidding.

### 1/5 — Game isn't very good

*2023-02-08, version 2.2.8*

Too slow + P2W - deleted

### 1/5 — Nothing happens

*2022-10-09, version 2.2.2*

It keeps changing nodes but I don’t gain anything and I’m not able to buy anything, I just started the game about an hour ago and nothing has happened… at all…

### 1/5 — Boring

*2022-07-23, version 2.2.2*

The game claims that you improve your neural network model. In fact, you just wait for stuff to finish, you never train anything or work on any real task. It’s all just text but nothing actually happens

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Highly Intuitive

*2026-07-17, version 2.4.4*

Thanks for the fun

### 5/5 — Nerdywish

*2026-06-24, version 2.4.4*

yourwishismycommand

### 5/5 — Novel

*2026-03-17, version 2.4.4*

Great concept and execution, I love math so this is right up my alley

### 5/5 — A good game to play

*2025-08-31, version 2.4.2*

I enjoy playing idol games like this, I love the fact that it’s very easy to use for VoiceOver users. It will be nice to see an update, it’s been a while, but on the hole I would recommend this game.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly stimulating

*2025-03-23, version 2.4.0*

Programmer here, I LOOOOOVE this so much

### 5/5 — Soothing

*2025-01-03, version 2.4.0*

I never review games but I quite like this game. It’s slow progression and one of those games where you come back every now and then to check up on it. But there’s no imposed ads and it’s pleasant to watch your little neural net grow.

### 5/5 — Genuis

*2024-12-19, version 2.4.0*

Thanx for new update!

### 5/5 — Great game for playing in short bursts

*2024-12-18, version 2.4.0*

Love this game! First idle game I’ve played for longer than 2 weeks (I usually get bored and delete them). Keep in mind that it is a slow game, but you can make progress with little actual playtime. If you like sitting down and playing for an hour at a time, this probably isn’t the game for you, but if you like short bursts of progress a couple times a day; you’ll love it!

### 5/5 — Amazing game

*2024-12-10, version 2.3.7*

Absolutely love this excellent game!!!!

### 5/5 — Best idle game out there

*2024-07-06, version 2.3.7*

Simple, elegant, long-lasting, and I’m so excited about the recent updates, though I had already happily resigned myself to being past the end of the game and still enjoying.
